Great experience from beginning to end

I recently leased a Honda CR-V from CDA Honda. My salesperson, Chez, was really great to work with and made this first time experience unbelievably stress free and easy. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. She was sincere and genuine in her approach and did not apply any pressure during the process. I will continue to use them for servicing my vehicle and when the time comes, will purchase from them again.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Cd'a Honda over the years. My recent purchase of a new 2016 CRV was another hassle free experience. Jan, my sales rep, did a good job of explaining each of the CRV models features. He had a casual no pressure approach which added to my buying experience. I feel that Jan listened to my needs and did not try push me into buying a vehicle with more features than I needed. Price, life time warrantee, and a pleasant knowledgeable salesperson are why I gave a 5 star rating.

I live in the Seattle area, but returned to Coeur d'Alene Honda where my folks live in order to purchase my new CR-V. My salesman was Jan Wingren, who was great. I told him upfront that I was not planning on buying a car that day, yet I did. He was very low-key, and also very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and helped me sync my cell phone in with the vehicle and learn all the other bells and whistles. He spent a lot of time with me, even after the deal was made, to make sure all my questions were answered. Jan also called me the next day to make sure I was still happy.

On Veterans Day, we bought a 2015 Honda Accord Sport from CDA Honda. Our salesman, Jan Wingren, was exceptionally friendly and professional. There were no games and no pressure. We were in an out of the dealership quickly and satisfied with a great car and warranty. We've driven the car approximately 1,000 miles and the response to our follow up questions has been great. They really do feel like a sincere, family operation. Thank you, Jan.

Just bought a 2014 CR-V from this dealer on 11/22/2016. The salesman, Jan Wingurn, was very helpful, friendly and not pushy like a lot of car sales people tend to be. He listened to what we wanted and was patient and non-interruptive. Jan also showed us all of the special features that were available on the vehicle and demonstrated how to use them. The finance officer Lacey was also very friendly and helpful. She explained all the paperwork to us and made sure we understood every thing. Had a very good experience with the employees at this dealership.

I bought a used car that was supposed to have gone through an extensive inspection by their shop. They should have picked up on the leaking radiator that I immediately had to replace at my expense. They also underestimated the licensing cost for Washington State so it cost me another $100 out of pocket on that one. My emails to their sales manager went unanswered but I did get a reply back from one of my contacts from the initial salesman. I won't buy another car from them.

Easiest new car I ever purchased

We were all set to purchase a new Honda - either an Accord or a Crosstour. After a very frustrating visit to Spokane, with the express purpose of buying a car, we checked online and saw the Honda dealership in Cd'A. I'm so glad we found them. We called and made arrangements with Weston O. to look at a Crosstour. We drove straight to Cd'A and the car was waiting right outside the door for us. Weston has a test drive route all figured out that really shows what the car can do. He spent a lot of time going over all the features and setting up seats, etc before we left. With the helpful office staff, we were on our way that evening with our new car. Nice folks to deal with. Nice part is, since we live in WA, but not Spokane we didn't have to pay Spokane's higher sales tax. That alone saved us several hundred dollars. We really like the Crosstour.

I love Honda Ridgeline

I just bought my third Ridgeline from Coeur D'Alene Honda. We have been going to them for service since 2010. They have always treated us great. I talked to Jen over the phone about the new Ridgelines ( we live 1 1/2 hours away) and she was incredibly helpful. We ended up there the next day and bought a 2014 Ridgeline. Love my Pilot

Just purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot. So far, it's a great vehicle. The Pilot is nicely laid out -- there is plenty of space for driver and passengers; lots of storage; comfortable seating. My gas mileage is approx. 22 MPG after the first two weeks of driving.

Sometimes car purchase experiences are not always pleasant, but this time it was. My guide through this process was Weston O., a sales representative at Coeur D'Alene Honda. I actually live in another state, but chose this dealership because of the way I was treated and of past relationships with them.
