I had a great experience starting with the first phone call from Kyle responding to my interest in a Subaru Forester. He really listened to what I told him I wanted, and although he was not sure he had the color I wanted, he managed to get me my color! I am more than satisfied with the whole experience and love my new Subaru!

KJ was great to work with. The only 2 complaints that I would have are: 1. The original car I contacted you about was somewhat misrepresented on cars.com as it said that the car had leather interior. 2. You guys were very busy on the Saturday we came in and it took a while to get through all the paperwork and out the door.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

Hello, Our salesman was Kyle Adams and the entire experience could not have been better! I have bought many cars over a 35 year period and what great experience we had. I was not looking forward to buying a car at all simply because of past hard-sell experiences. Kyle was not like that at all and made the experience enjoyable. Keep up the good work Kyle! Easiest car I ever bought

I recently bought a new Outback as a birthday surprise for my wife (to replace her 2001 Outback). The salesman, Nathan, was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the car inside and out and there was absolutely no pressure to make a sale. He was also very helpful in keeping the secret from my wife until the big day. Couldn't ask for more!!

Sales associate Neil B. continued our excellent relationship with this dealership that has seen four outbacks for us in 17 years. We ordered this car a month ago, in anticipation of a cross-country vacation, and he kept us informed of its progress to Boise, and expedited the dealer prep. Neil is knowledgeable about the vehicles, explaining all the new electronic features and amenities. The service department was very accommodating in scheduling interior and exterior surface protection applications. This dealership's personnel have always been friendly and helpful, making Subaru ownership even more satisfying.

We have purchased 4 Subaru's from Larry Miller Subaru and every visit gets better each time. Our Salesman, Cody, gave us outstanding customer attention. He also provided the most thorough review of the car we have ever had. He made a point of encouraging us to call him on his cell if we had any questions even though he would be out of town for a few days. Subaru Outback is such an outstanding vehicle and the 2015 has some really great features. In closing: We love Subaru's!!!!

great experience

I compare going to a car dealership with going to the dentist....not something I am thrilled to do. I was recommended to see Lynn S. at Larry Miller Subaru about purchasing a new subaru, I was set on getting a Forester. After meeting with him and picking one out I had him work the numbers. He also informed me they had great sales on the 2014 outbacks and the price was about the same. So I had him crunch the numbers on the outback. There was not much of a difference between the premium outback and the standard forester. I drove both again, compared the options etc...now mind you you I ask a lot of questions and like to see everything in writing. At no time did I feel any pressure or pushiness from Lynn I asked for the facts and that was what I got. I am happy to report that I am very satisfied with the purchase of my new outback and would recommend Lyn to any of my friends or acquaintances. He was extremely pleasant to work with.

My shiny new (to me) Outback

Excellent experience. I came in and knew what I was looking for, had a chance to walk around the lot and look around without anyone harassing me. Kyle came out at the perfect time & took me to my perfect car. A short test drive later and I am happily buying her! A HUGE major plus in their column was their treatment of my daughter. She was never ignored, they shook hands with her,listened when she asked questions and always treated her as though she was as important as the buyer. I LOVED that. Showing my girl that kind of respect puts a HUGE plus sign in my columns. :) They made the extra effort and time to find me the financing plan that I needed to stay on budget as well. Overall Excellent service is my rating. Thank You Everyone!!!! My daughter and I LOVE our new Outback!
