I have said on other reviews that the Larry Miller group is first and foremost a customer service organization, then a car dealership. Their service is always excellent. And for me, this time not only was it excellent, but also much faster than expected. I have bought or leased at least six vehicles from them over the years, so what I'm telling you is not a one-time experience. Their level of excellence perseveres throughout the years. I won't even consider another dealership when I go to trade in my current truck because I know Larry Miller will be there for me and they will have the vehicle I want in their inventory, or they will get it for me.

No Pressure No Hassle

Working with Danny was an amazing experience. During the entire interaction my wife and I did not feel pressured and we felt like the entire transaction was hassle free. Within the last 12 months we had to replace my wife’s car due to an accident and we wish we would have worked with Danny for that car purchase as well. Not only did Danny provide top tier service but so did the rest of the staff we worked with from the gal at the front desk as well as the financial department. If you are interested in purchasing/leasing a vehicle I would highly recommend shopping this location. Side note, if you are concerned about the coronavirus, we witnessed the staff sanitizing frequently. Thank you again for the great service. We will continue to shop Larry H Miller in the future.

Recall and Dent Repair

I had to take my Challenger in for a recall. I received a text from Kyle when the part came in and was able to easily schedule an appointment. When I dropped off my car I asked Kyle about a dent in my driver’s side door and how much it would cost to fix it. He took no time at all to get me a quote (one I could actually deal with) and they had my recall and dent repair done in no time!! I was extremely impressed with the dent repair!! Couldn’t even tell there had been a dent! Great customer service. Kyle even followed up with a text to make sure I was satisfied with everything!! Above and beyond. Thank you 😊

I have purchased numerous new vehicles from Larry Miller Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge,Ram and have never been disappointed. Ross Smith (GSM), Tom Needham and the F&I staff are exceptional and fair. A much better dealership and far superior to all others dealerships in the area regardless of brands they may sell!

Alley Jacobson made the buying process easy and fun. She is truly a wonderful lady. We bought a 2020 Jeep and a 2018 Challenger from her last week. We went to Larry Miller to get the Jeep and saw the Challenger and just had to get both. Alley gave us a great deal! Highly recommend you go see her if you are in the market for a car.

It was not a bad experience. They did some misleading on pricing and payments. They justified "dealer promos" being the reason for a higher price by 3000.00 I was quoted 275 for payments. They ended up being 295. The trade in value could have been better. They tried to nickel it down.

I contacted Tim Needham at Larry Miller Chrysler about a Dodge Nitro that they had for sale. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are in Boise and I am in TN, and my transaction went off without even a small hiccup! These guys are very fair, and I got a good vehicle for a good price. Everybody won on this deal! Our 1st Larry Miller Experience

My wife and I were in the market for 2 new vehicles. I’ve been wanting a Jeep Wrangler for a few years and knew exactly what I wanted. My wife has been stuck on the Acura brand for years now. I’ve been showing her how nice the new Jeep vehicles are and all the great options they have. She seemed interested so we decided to check out some Cherokee and Grand Cherokees. We were referred to Brand from a family friend and what a great experience we had. Brad was extremely knowledgeable and super nice. He worked with us from the test drive to the paperwork and made us feel comfortable. Our finance guy Tim was also extremely helpful and professional. We decided to get 2 new Jeeps ( Wrangler and Cherokee Trailhawk) and couldn’t be happier. We are new to the Boise area and I’d say without a doubt that our car buying experience at Larry Miller was the best we have ever had. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Go see Brad... he is a rock star!!!

Truch shopping Ford vs Dodge

I had narrowed my truck search to Ford (F250-F350) and Ram (2500-3500). I have been driving a ford for 22 years and was set on buying another one. Test driving the Ram was only a formality to complete the shopping exercise. After driving the Ram,... that I had no intention of buying..... I was sold on the Ram. The sales people, Jordan Rowling & Brandon Stallings, helped us narrow the vehicle selection in less than 1hr. The financing people were very helpful and provided several options and good advice . So far this has been the best car buying experience I have had in 40 years.
