Dillon was very attentive through the entire buying process. My vehicle was ordered in July and delivery was mid September. Alfred, Sales Executive, kept me updated on the status of the truck through the entire process, an put up with my weekly status requests. The price quoted to me in July was the price on delivered. Our Finance consultant was excellent. He was able to answer all of my questions with thoughtfully. It was a pleasure to work with the Dillon team.

My 2015 Fiat was originally purchased from Dennis Dillon. I bought it two years later in Twin Falls. I have subsequently returned to Dennis Dillon for regular maintainence. The service has always been good. This time, Brandi, my service rep, went above and beyond what I expected. She communicated with me every step of the way. Understood my hesitance and was patient while I made decisions. She researched, found and purchased a part that was needed and ordered it in a timely manner. She’s amazing!
