Just bought my new Hyundai Elantra sport from this dealership and I probably spent a whole week with Kohl Kesner and he was the most amazing rep. Loved the service! Super easy and Kohl was so patient with me and helped me find the perfect fit for me. I didn't feel pressured and I got an awesome deal on a new car. Would recommend Kohl and this dealership. 10/10 Wow!

Recently visited Bronco Motors in Boise in search of a used vehicle. We were surprised to find that Bronco Motors' wanted $3000 more for the same car at Lithia Ford. Same car being: same year and model, mileage was within 3,000 miles. The only difference we could see was the color. I told the salesman at Bronco motors that if they could match the competitor's price we would be interested. They assured us they would work a "deal". I told the salesman SEVERAL times that if they couldn't match the price, to let us know UP FRONT so that everyone's time would'nt be wasted and we would go on down the road. We told them we were pre-approved and were not interested in their financing options. Before we negotiated a price, they insisted I give them my personal info including social security number and they wanted my signature authorizing Bronco Motors to release all my information to third parties. This was PRIOR to negotiating a price. They also told me that this was a requirement of the Federal Government. After calling their bluff and refusing to sign the form, they agreed to go ahead and proceed with negotiations without my signature. How quickly they forgot our prior conversation!! They held the $3000 spread, and then tried to push us into the financing option AND accept $2000 less for our trade in. When we reminded him that there would be no deal if they couldn't match the competitor's price, the salesman got visibly angry and we left. We went to Lithia Ford and had a much different experience. A lot less hassle and BS at Lithia!! The big shock to us came when the Lithia sales manager told us the salesman at Bronco called to "warn" them that they would have an uphill battle trying to sell us a car. Needless to say, we bought the car from Lithia at a good price and got a reasonable price for our trade in. Since the salesman at Bronco Motors was so thoughtful to call ahead and warn their competitor about us, I thought I'd return the favor and warn everyone about Bronco Motors of Boise.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years and have to say that I was very impressed with the Bronco Motors team. From the start, my experience was surprising. I was apprehensive to even drive on to the lot, but my fears were soon put to rest as I encountered a knowledgeable salesman that wanted to do right by me. Once the deal was made (a little give and take), the team was very professional and made me feel they genuinely appreciated my business. Darin, Matt, Ron and Stuart were great to work with...I would do it all over again, but I can only afford one Veracruz

I had been turned down (rudely) at three other places, and these guys got me the car I was looking for. I was just about ready to give up on the whole idea of getting a car and it was just lucky that I stopped in at Bronco Motors. If you want to be sure to be treated right -- go see these guys!

I purchased a new 08 Hyundai Accent from Bronco Motors and have never been more impressed. I've bought a lot of new cars but never this effortless! They gave me the right price for my trade when other dealers couldn't even match it, (I know they don't have a lot of mark up in those Accents)! GO BRONCO!
