you want one thing and they try to put something eles cheaper in your face thinking a person can't afford what they were orginally looking for. Came in and did a test drive and asked about the price and what a rip off....Sometimes I think people really don't care weather they give great customer service or not..... they just think of you as a Dollar sign!!!! Won't be doing business with them ....what a shame!!!

i bought a sentra 2007 , two years ago , i paid 22 000 for a very base model, the guy told me at the beguining that ill pay montly about 280 , at the end im paying 392 , they are dishonest , they offer me change a car later ...[violative content deleted]!!! they push me to buy , offer me free car wash and accesories , at the end they charge me all !!! please check first others dealers !!! NON ALOHA FROM TONY NISSAN FOR ME !!!
Prospective Honda Civic Leaser

Very diappointed with the sales people at this deaslership as I have tried three times to lease from them simply because I live in Mililani Mauka and this is the most convienent Honda dealer as far as location. On all three occations, I researched www.honda.com to find the best lease deals twice on a 2005 & 2007 Accord (for my wife) and most recently on the 2008 Civic (for myself). All three times this dealership refused to honor the national Honda lease promotions even though they had the vehicles on-site. The sales person always tries to upsell you to a more expensive car that has cheap after market add ons that drive the prices even higher. They also add a second "sticker" on all their cars adding an additional $5,000 of profit to each vehicle. The strategy is to start the negotiating process from their second sticker and not the actual MSRP. This way, you may eventually negotiate your way down to the MSRP. They must think we are stupid! Just go to Pflueger Honda and they honored the 2 year lease promotion all three times, no hard sales tactics or cheap after market add ons. My wife's Accord lease expires in January 2009 and we will go back to Pflueger Honda. Pflueger Honda sales people seemed to be more professional and have better morals than this dealership.

Feel like in a pressure cooker

Negotiated a deal over the email with Tony Group Autoplex. Went there to pick up the Honda CRV. Then the sales stated he could not honor the deal since they would lose money. He pushed to sell rust proof, fabric protection tinting package (about $1K). He would honor the deal only if we purchased the whole package. We said "NO". Then he walked away to check with his manager. After an hour or so, he did not return. So, we left the dealership. Five minutes later, he called me up over the cell phone, and stated the deal went through. We were on our way home. Told him to get his quote in writing, and have the manager signed. As we went back, and met the finance manager. In the begining, she said she was not a salesperson, she was not to sell us anything. Anyway, she was pushing for extended warranty, backup alarm, etc etc. As we said "NO", her face suddenly turned longer. What an experience to buy a Honda from them!
