Not impressed

Armando was quite helpful in helping me to find a car that I liked and they were helpful in helping me return my rental when I purchased my new car. That's where the good experince ended though. The copy of the vehicle inspection required to be in the vehicle was not in the car and after an hour of searching they couldn't find it. They agreed to do another inspection which took them over an hour. I thought the problems ended there, but they didn't. A couple of weeks later I emailed and asked about getting the registration as I had not received it yet. I was told it was submitted and I should get it "this week". It is now two weeks later and I called the DMV and discover the car is still registered to Cutter and they have apparently not even submitted the paperwork yet. When I called to complain, I get a story about how they expect to get today. That would be quite the coincidence if I actually believed them. If you buy these people, I would make triple sure that they get the paperwork correct and submitted.

Finally something thats MINES!!

I came to this dealership to check out their inventory of used vehicles since a friend recommended me to them. I actually had an appointment with a couple of dealership but since this place was close to my work, I stopped here first to check out what they had to offer me. I fell in love with red mustang that Armando showed me. He showed me another older model mustang which I wasn't too fancy about. Other than that, he made me feel very comfortable. Asking the right questions, not too much questions to hesitate me with. The entire staff from management down to salesperson made me feel welcome. I wish I checked out this dealership first. The first dealership I checked out almost ripped me off with the unprofessional service that a salesperson could have. I would have regretted if I bought the car from them just a day before. Good thing I called my friend before I made the purchase and he told me don't do it, its a rip off and we'll go tomorrow to the other dealers. I went into this dealership with me, myself, and I. I am very happy with the service I had with Armando and his staff. They helped me from start to finish. After about 3 1/2 hours at the dealer, I walked home with my dream car which was 1) Red 2) Low miles 3) Affordable. Why don't you check out Armando and his staff? If they don't have what you are looking for, they'll take you shopping with their sister Cutters. First time buyer and I know where I'll be going for my next car. Thank you, for everything.

No pressure

We were greeted once approaching a car. We notified the salesman what we were interested in and quickly found a truck that we liked. Armando asked if we wanted to take a test drive, grabbed the keys and off they went. Our gameplan was just to look here and make our way down the highway towards Pearl city. Probably test drove for a good 30-45 minutes, came back and talked numbers. There was minimal anxiety, of course there's a little when making a purchase with such a big value. We went back into the office to talk numbers and reached a negotiated price and down payment. This is only my second car, but being 24 and on my own, I confidently would recommend Cutter Buick and Armando to any friends or family looking for a new ride. Thanks again!

My intentions in going to Cutter Buick GMC was initially to just "look around." I was there to compare prices, see the inventory, and literally just to look around. I've been wanting to purchase a car for a while but couldn't find the one I wanted for the right price. When I pulled up to the lot, Armando immediately greeted me with a smile and introduction. He listened to my concerns and let me express myself. I knew he was listening very closely cause he found a car that suited me. We took it out for a test drive and he informed me of the features of the car and how it would benefit me. I had many questions and concerns and he had the answers. Many of my concerns had to do with payments, but he assured me that he will work something out with me. With all the answers and reassurance, I gained trust with him. I was already sold on the car, but I was still worried about the numbers. We did some paper work and I got the numbers, but it still wasn't something in my budget, but like he told me he worked something out with me that I could afford. It was definitely something I couldn't pass on. Armando gave great customer service and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Cutter Pontiac Buick GMC in Waipahu

Bought a 2002 Yukon Denali at Cutter since Pflueger didn't have any in stock. Was returning a 2000 Denali that lease had expired. Wife wanted another Denali so I got to pick the color. Howard Villa, GSM made me an offer I couldn't refuse only problem was they couldn't verify my lease as their computers were having a glitch. Was forced to return the next day to pick up the car once they verified my lease status. Had previously bought 2 Silverados from Howard when he was at Cutter Chevrolet.
