Good Salesmen, Good Cars, Watch Out for Final Guy

Had a good experience at Lexus of Honolulu until the very end, when the deal went to the final guy, the Sales Manager. He gave a very insulting trade-in value for my car that I drove into the dealership with. Let's just say a set of tires would be worth more. I finally ended up buying from Mercedes on the opposite side of Kapiolani. They gave me a trade-in value worth 4x than what Lexus offered. Tip: Avoid the days M is working and you'll probably get a better deal.

We just purchased a new Lexus and the sales people were very courtious and friendly, I would recomend all my friends , family and any one who is in the market for a new Lexus to go see Wesley, the most friendly and courtious sales guy there, Norman and Gail
