At Cutter Ford ,Sales man (Mr. Rey ) followed up the problem that occured, and promised returning the rebate amount of ($700.00) on my new car that I purchased a week ago. I believe this mishap happened while we had a short time to do many documents on new car purchasing. And special thanks to GM Mr. Brad Eisen for correcting this matter and promised to return of rebate.

Great experience with Cutter

I reached out to Cutter online, from a different island, about a truck I was interested in. I was put in contact with their salesman Freddie. He ran a few numbers for several different trucks and ended up finding my perfect fit. Freddie worked with the finance managers and got me a great deal on a beautiful Lightning. The Cutter team was very responsive, helpful, and understanding. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends that are also in the market for a truck. Awesome job.

Overall a good experience, except for the financing part; 1) no low interest loans or promotions due to the exceptional demand for the maverick; 2) the financial part was disorganized and the sales team did not seem to know what they were doing. 3) the entire process took far too long: 4) what the ford company was promotied as the price and mrsp for the maverick was not what the same as the dealer. They seem to be trying to maximize what they could get from the customer; 5) the customer service from the sales rep with us was good and the service of the car prep was good;

Cutter Ford - Airea, Hawaii - Ford Mustang MachE

After speaking to two other delearships who told me I'd have to pay a $5,000 plus premium to purchase a Ford Mustang Mach E, Cutter was able to sell a beautiful 2023 Ford Mustang Mach E, Preimium trim level, for MSRP. I bought the car the same day I viewed it. The service at the dearlership was top notch. And, my frends and family love the look, drive, and overall feel of the car. If you're looking for an EV, in my opinion, there is no better vehicle for the money than the Mach E.

Purchased 2020 Explorer new at Cutter Ford and it has been a great experience. Cutter really treats their customers as family, you really feel they care about you and your vehicle. The service department is the finest in the islands, they are really experts and take their time to explain and repair, never had this type of service.

Completely unprofessional dealership

In November 2022 I towed my Lincoln MKZ into Aiea Cutter Ford due to a dead car battery. The battery was replaced that day and I drove the car home. One week later, the car battery was dead again and I towed my Lincoln back to Aiea Cutter Ford. My car was kept for NEARLY AN ENTIRE MONTH and I was without a car, as I only have one car. I asked if there was a loaner and I was told they do not give out loaners so I was forced to pay for a car rental while Cutter Ford Aiea tried to assess the problem. After weeks of paying for a car rental I decided to speak to a manager, I was told that they actually DO give out loaners. Obviously someone gave out the wrong information and I could have saved myself money and the inconvenience of renting a car. The unprofessionalism I experienced at this dealership was absolutely unbelievable: - First and foremost, the tow truck driver noticed that the electric panel under the hood was not put back in place by the dealer's mechanic before the hood was closed which resulted in the panel being smashed and bent. - After I dropped off the car, days went by and a service Rep did not call me to give me updates even though she claimed she texted/called. There were no missed calls or texts on my phone. - When trying to contact someone, the phone system goes to voicemail, and talking to a live person is next to impossible. - When I finally got a live person, I was told that the service rep had gone home for the weekend so my car would not be worked on until the following week. - One week later, I finally spoke to the service manager and asked for an update. Again I was told they couldn't find the problem. No one called to give me any warning that I would be without my car over the weekend. - Upon doing MY OWN research, I suspected that the faulty trunk was draining the battery which I suggested to them when I first took the car in but they claimed they still could not find the problem. - After THREE WEEKS the car was fixed but no one contacted me. When I called to get an update I was informed that it had been ready for pick up. Had I not called, I would not have known it was done. - When I picked up the car and got home, it was obvious that there was sloppy work done with NO attention to detail. I have photos but this site doesn't allow me to attach photos....the back seat was still down from when they were trying to troubleshoot, the area where the trunk latches had a panel and screw left strewn in the trunk and not put back into place, a panel and screw from one of the car doors were also not reattached and left on the floor of the car. - Upon discovering this shoddy work, I had to drive back to Cutter the following day to have them put the parts back into place. I called the dealership as I was entering the parking lot. I spoke with the manager of the service department, Gabriel Nieves, and told him that I'm in the parking lot and need to talk to him. He said okay and he'll be right out. When I parked, he sent out his worker, Liz Fontes, to deal with an upset customer instead of being professional and talking to me himself. He should NOT be in a managerial position if he is unwilling to deal with upset customers. His lack of leadership is an embarrassment and shows a real disrespect for his workers whom he uses to hide behind to avoid dealing with difficult issues that he, as a manager, should be handling himself. I showed his worker all the random parts strewn throughout my car and she immediately called one of the mechanics to come and reattach the parts. The service manager never did come out to talk to me. The blatant lack of pride in their work and professionalism is disappointing at best. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone as long as it is operating under this kind of management. Their shoddy work is very concerning as I don't know what else they they took apart internally in my car and did not reattach. I am 82 years old and no one, at any age, should have to deal with this kind of unnecessary stress, especially seniors.

Cutter Ford May 1 and 2 2021

Cutter was extremely busy on Saturday but a sales person ( Ashley) could tell I needed some help so she grabbed me and gave me the information I needed to make my decision. She was really good at figuring out how to make me understand the nuance of the charges and so forth. She also gave me what I needed to know about incoming stock. I went home , discussed the info with my wife and went back Sunday. Ashley arrange for me to meet with Sean Rodrigues a Sales Manager. The Bronco was all ready to test drive when we got there and we were able to make a deal that afternoon. I felt like they valued my business .

Cutter Ford Aiea, Hawaii

I bought a 2020 Escape on Saturday 14 Nov. I was discussing taking delivery that day, the sales rep informed me that there is a back up camera recall and I couldn’t take delivery that day. He told me that the Escape should be ready by Monday or Tuesday. I called him Monday and the salesman informed me that part was being shipped and the car will be ready between 3-5 days. Yesterday, I spoke to the car salesman. He informed me that the part had not arrived and I could not take delivery until next week, almost 2 weeks from when I purchased! My question is, why didn’t Cutter Ford have the replacement part on hand if they knew there was a recall? Or shouldn’t they have known there is a recall?

No Pressure staff, excellent supervision.

I spent time on the telephone with my salesperson BEFORE going to the dealership and had all of the details worked out in advance. I appreciate the low/no pressure way he dealt with my requirements and we reached a very agreeable deal in less than an hour. At the dealership, the staff was excellent in dealing with an unforeseen situation that might have sunk the phone agreement but they persevered and I love my new car.

Really great expereince

A special thanks to Ashley for making our first dealership experience a great one. We were hesitant because we did not know what to expect, having always purchased our vehicles from individual sellers. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked up to the doors. The whole experience took about 6 hours, which is a long, long time when you have a 4 year old with you and skipping a nap time just to get this done. Ashley never rushed us, allowing me to view as many vehicles as I needed to before the final selection, and without feeling like I was impeding on her ability to make another sale. I am glad we didn't jump into anything and so thankful that Ashley was friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love the vehicle I came home with and I feel comforted knowing it has been inspected and cleaned. No buyer's remorse. Thank you so much! Also, that coffee machine makes some pretty good hot chocolate.

Went in for a computer diagnostic. The computer didn't show the problem but the mechanic made sure to work hard on my car until they found the problem before just jumping to a conclusion that could have cost me thousands more.
