We were treated warmly, respectfully by Adam. He did not use insincere tactics to engage us, like at some other dealerships. The process to evaluate our trade-in and set the price for the new Telluride was proper and both numbers were in line with our research. There were no hidden fees added at the last minute. Travis explained each form to sign in the Finance Department and a couple additional benefits we were getting from KIA. Finally, Lucy, the Delivery Specialist, thoroughly reviewed the many settings available and programmed the vehicle just as we wanted. All in all, a process that was stress free ending with us getting the SUV we wanted at the price we expected. Well done!

This dealership has experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Adam Marcus was very professional, but down to earth. I arrived a little before closing, but he was very patient, and went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted(Buick Encore). The price was fair and the vehicle only has a minor ding. They have an extra l 10 year, 100,000 mile warrenty!! Not many dealerships offer that.

Fantastic customer service by Eric Robinson. He was very attentive, respectful but not pushy at all for me as a first time car buyer. Not only was Eric great, the rest of the team was as well! Between the sales and financial manager, and the personnel who helped me set up my car once I made the purchase. Can’t say thank you enough!! I highly recommend Carriage Kia of Woodstock to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

New Carnival

The Sales Team did an outstanding job in demonstrating the new Kia Carnival! Preston was very good at supplying answers to my questions and making sure that all of my needs were met. After a test drive and Wife approval, Mark and Preston demonstrated two ways to close the deal. I chose the 3 year lease and Travis put the paperwork together in short order. I would recommend Carriage KIA to friends and Family! Very professional and considerate Team!

Free oil change

Everyone is very friendly there and the waiting area is clean with snacks and refreshments. The problem was it took 2 hours for the oil change and I had to leave before I got the car washed and vacuumed, just could not wait any longer.

Terrible Experience that left me stranded

Came in to look at used car and test drive it. Everything checked out on the test drive, was “impressed” by the dealers guarantee that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected (more on that later) so I purchased the vehicle. Scheduled delivery for the next day, but when the car arrived, the ac was not functional. Brought the car back immediately and was assured they would fix it. Two weeks later, I hadn’t heard anything from the dealer so I called about the status and was told I would receive a call back, which I never did receive. After calling again a few days later, was told that they had to order a part which would take a few days. At this point it had been almost 3 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and I had. n’t driven it at all. The next week I receive a call that my vehicle is ready so I went down to pick it up on the next day. Less than 5 miles from the dealership the belt on the car broke leaving me stranded on the side of the interstate. When I called back I was told that they couldn’t do anything and that I should try a different dealer. Needless to say at this point, I was upset with the dealership. The car that they supposedly inspected had just broken down immediately after they repaired the vehicle, both things which should have been noticed before I ever was given the keys to the car. I called as soon as I got towed back home and spoke to the sales manager, wanted to be able to return the vehicle as I couldn’t trust that they vehicle is actually safe to drive and was told, clearly, that they wouldn’t be able to help me as they had no policy or law that required them to take the vehicle back. The only offer I received was that they could re-inspect the vehicle, like I could actually trust any inspection they performed. I have never had an experience with a dealer this terrible before in my life and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Any vehicle they sell could have any number of problems that can, and did, leave someone stranded on the side of the road and they could not care any less.

Got my car serviced quickly

My passenger head lamp was out. I did not know this until another passing vehicle flashed their lights and pointed at it. I called the Kia service desk and asked if I could swing by to have it repaired (same day, about an hour and a half before closing) and was told “Sure! Come on in!” I was impressed with Kia’s service once again!!

2020 Kia Sedona

We are always satisfied by the service we receive when we visit the service center to get our 3 to 6 months service on our 2020 Kia Sedona. The staff is always friendly when we arrive, they greet us and direct us to the waiting area they offer us refreshments coffee, juice etc. we enjoy looking at all the new model kias for 2021. We also enjoy talking to our sales rep who sold us our Sedona. I will always buy a Kia car in the future with Carriage Kia of Woodstock.

Our young salesman, Chandler, was cheerful, helpful and very respectful. Not pushy at all. I found him very accommodating. He was patient with me when I was not ready to give him as much information as he may have wanted. He knew I wanted a car and he allowed me space to work it all out in my mind. Test drove a Stinger that intrigued me whem I first saw one parked out of state. Went to Carriage Kia and Teviin greeted me. He followed up after the test drive in a reasonable manner (dealership secretaries will bomb your phone though). Called him direct, told him what I wanted and in 24hrs the Stinger I wanted was there and the deal was done. Its not often a salesperson listens. Teviin does. Hes a professional and does everything he can to make the experience fun and pressure-less. If you live in the area and want a Kia, Teviin is the one to work with.
