The gentleman who was handling my Colorado care acted very insensitive to my questions and it kind of ticked me off. Nothing was never sent to my attention on what was needing to be done at the next oil change until I got there and it was dumped on me all at once and was told that it is either do it now or I would lose my Complete Warranty! Which is BS!!! Needs to be more responsive and caring about each customer that comes in, not as if we are their red headed step children! So PLEASE let's make sure that we are notify ahead of time on what is needing to be DONE and what can wait until later to do! Everyone doesn't have a $1,000.00 sitting in their checking account! Thanks!!!

WOW....this is the third vehicle I have purchased from Walker-Jones Chevrolet since 2016 and the second one this year. In January we purchased a 2023 Tahoe and ordered a 2024 Chevy 2500HD. Last week we took delivery of the Silverado and the experiences with the staff has been OUTSTANDING! Kevin was our salesman and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable in all areas of the process. Brad did an awesome job in ordering the perfect truck for us. At 62 years old, I've bought a lot of Chevrolets but this is the first truck that I ordered with all the options that I wanted. I will be sure and tell all friends and family members that Walker Jones is the only place to go for purchasing vehicles. Also, Kevin did a great job of staying in touch and keeping me updated throughout the process. No high pressure sales...just honest and straightforward, professional staff. We bought our first vehicle from Walker-Jones in 2016. It was an excellent experience and so when we decided to trade in our 2016 Tahoe, we knew Walker-Jones Chevrolet was going to be our first place to look. We were looking to trade our 2016 for a 2023 Chevy Tahoe. Brad, Kevin and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. They found a Tahoe in transit and less than 2 weeks later, we had upgraded our Tahoe. The entire staff at Walker-Jones was very professional and accommodating in every way. We have also ordered a 2024 Chevrolet 2500 HD Truck as well. I was in search for a GMC AT4 Sierra that is very hard to find with the 3.0 diesel with all the chip shortages. I finally found a dealer that had one but it was in Georgia and Im in Texas. My salesman was good at keeping me updated on the arrival and assured me all of the out of state taxes are covered and the dealer takes care of it all. Three weeks later my tax collector calls to let me know the plates are in but I owe money the dealership said they will not pay. So I call the dealer and give them the number to my tax office so they can work this out. Well I get a disappointed call from the manager of this dealership telling me they were not aware how Texas did their taxes and they thought what they sent was going to cover it all. well they refused to pay the extra 345.00 because they were not aware of the way Texas did taxes. This is the dealership that said they take care of all taxes for Texas and I don't have to worry about it at all. I was told this many times and when I picked it up the lady in the finance department told me the same thing. Buying a car is always a Big hassle because you have to deal with the dealership and their games… Houston area is the absolute worst about this. Well this dealership was great and I had a very good experience making a deal up until now. Granted 345.00 is not much but it is the principle of honesty and integrity, what all the commercials promise but rarely deliver. So this $345.00 is enough to make me change my mind and place this dealership in the same class as the rest. There are just no honest people anymore and it is a shame. Lesson learned and Ill always shop in my state going forward.

I took my car for a scheduled oil change. The car cam back to the front where I was waiting pretty quickly. After paying and getting in my car, I noticed the next change sticker was on the windshield, but the oil life indicator was at 17%. I went inside and asked if the service was done and if so could the oil life indicator be reset. It too 3 workers and another 20 minutes, before the indicator could be reset. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm not sure if the oil was changed or not. No
