It took almost 3 months to get my vehicle back. It was there 3 weeks before it was looked at. Got my car back and it was dirty, tire pressure was low and my Onstar button is red and I’m told I’ll have to the dealership to get it green again. I live 54 miles one way from the dealership. Was not pleased with the service I received.

Car in service 4 times less than a month after purchase

A car we haven't even made the first payment on has been back to the shop four times. In less than a month we have spent over eight hours sitting in the service department. Today I said my daughter lives two hours away now and should be given a car to use while they fix hers so she doesn't miss work driving back and forth two days since she has to bring it to be looked at, and then bring it back for the actual repair. Even though a scan shows the same codes as last time and the time before that. I spoke to a service rep named Carlos who advised he would return my call and did not. I spoke to Keith who hung up on me when I, in my frustration, used the word [non-permissible content removed]. And I spoke to the service manager Brandon Carter who said it wasn't his fault my daughter moved to another city. So, so, so rude and did nothing to address the fact that the vehicle they sold us is trash. The light first came on the day after she bought it, having put around 30 miles on it. Our other two cars came from Five Star as well and this is the treatment we recieve.

Worst service

I brought a 2020 sierra last year (Feb) 10 min before i get ready to walk out I was told you have 2 recalls out on your truck.....yes same day I brought it...crazy huh!? Ive had to REPLACE the infotainment system, trailer hitch wasn’t connected, the rear view camera was on constantly while driving...yeah i could see behind me while driving crazy huh!? Been hearing a arching sound since September of 2020.. but it cant be duplicated so basically shut up and drive it cause we cant hear it so its nothing. My 10 year old can hear it an she isn’t a trained service technician. 2 dealerships no one can hear nothing runs normal. Just last month my Front end sensor goes out, seat vibrating like im to close about to hit something in neutral. They ordered a sensor that was on back order for 2 weeks, it comes in send it to the body shop for paint last week i clear my schedule to get it installed an low n behold its the wrong sensor, time wasted! The clarification i got was it was basically its nobody’s fault but a glitch in the gmc system! After talking to Kristina telling her about the hell ive been thru thinking someone would give a damn a make it right the best choice was to trade it an eat 6 -7K and start over!! So recap I paid $60000 for a for a NEWLY USED truck that has been in service shops more than my last 4 new vehicles combined.. pretty awesome NOW Thats Five Star!!!! I brought a NEW truck to avoid issues not create them! NOW IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE TO GIVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!

Excellent Service

Went in for a standard service but also needed a tire checking as it had some kind of slow puncture. Turned out the firewall of the tire had been damaged and couldn't be repaired. I was kept up to date, as they had to go across town to get another tire. I was there for a total of 3 1/2 hours but they were busy with lots of people so it was acceptable. Even more acceptable when they checked me out and I discovered the whole thing was covered and I didn't owe a penny!! Thanks Guys!

This was the worst buying experience ever. I purchased a RHD vehicle. After only having the vehicle for twelve hours I arrived at daycare to drop my kid off, once I returned to the Jeep to leave for work it would not start nor did my break lights operate. Myself and the daycare women had to jumpstart this vehicle that I had just purchased the evening before. I notified the sales guy of the issue and they replaced the battery and said that they fixed the break lights. Although the break lights were still not working properly and the breaks were stuttering along with a skip when driving up hills. The next day the sales guy contacted me stTing that he needed me to go by the bank and take care of some minor issues to finalize the deal. I went to the bank and notified the finance rep of all the issues and I decided not to finalize the deal. I returned the vehicle to a manager. That manager stated that since the deal had not yet finalized that it would be as if it never even occurred. I go out and purchased another vehicle for work. After the dealership had the vehicle back in their possession for fifteen days, I received notification that the vehicle was still in my name and that they had pushed the deal on through, fifteen days after I returned it. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever concurred. I would not suggest this Dealership to anyone. Now I am stuck with two truck payments. This situation has caused me to be at an inconvenience with my job, and in a personal financial disaster. This Dealership only cares about a sale, they do not value their over all customer satisfaction, nor do they value their reputation. The sales guy even used my phone to sneak and write his own review. This experience was a Nightmare! I had my uncle whom is a mechanic, repair all the issues that needed repaired myself. Horrible experience

Horrible experience with this service department. Spent 5.5 hours there. Android auto was never update like they said they did. Tire rotation was never done on the right set. They only did the left side! First 3 hours was checking on the transmission. They drove the truck less than a mile. I had reset the trip meter before leaving my house. 64.5 miles to get to the dealership and i left with it at around 65 miles. No transmission problems were found( no surprise there). I'm not even sure the 2 software safety recalls were even done. I will have to take it to another dealership for them to update android auto and verify that the 2 safety recalls were done. They also never emailed me my papers. They said it was too much to give me when I have left. Will never come back to this dealership. I drove 1.5 hours to come to this one because of the good reviews.
