Went into the dealership with plans on purchasing a different vehicle. Found mine and after my test drive (without a salesman tagging along so that my wife and I could actually discuss the vehicle) and decide to make purchase. Was at the dealership for a total of one hour and 45 minutes! They gave me their best price up front. That was the only negotiation! During this time, they did all the paperwork, washed the car, and filled it with gas. And it was a holiday weekend! Previous purchases at other dealerships have terrible. I have literally spent the entire day purchasing a car. I have bought many cars and Hayes was the best experience I have ever had. We will definitely return when we are ready for another vehicle! The dealership still calls on occaision to make sure we are happy with the car, but they aren't pushy. When buying, give Hayes in Toccoa, GA or Baldwin, GA a chance. You will be as happy as I am.
