Impala Purchase

The car I purchased was as expected. Dealership was to pick me up at the train station and left me their for half an hour waiting. They failed to give me back my Drivers License, so I had to return to the dealership to retrieve it. When it started to rain, I discovered the wipers were both broken and had to be replaced before they would work.

As a consumer there are certain purchases that are extremely important. I was in this situation. The team at southern imports really did a great job, from the sales team, management and finance dept. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and wanting the best deal for them.

Great experience!

From the first phone call to the final handshake upon signing the deal, I had a great experience dealing with the folks at Southern Auto Imports. Friendly, courteous and honest, they give you a unique car buying experience you don't normally expect from used car dealerships. They are definitely the go-to place when the time comes to buy my next set of wheels! Shout out to Danny, Raul, Malcolm and Lewis who took excellent care of me. Highly recommend these guys!!

“COME BACK WHEN YOU GUYS HAVE MONEY!” Unprofessional and disrespectful.

I first want to say that this dealer overall, sucks. Due to their customer service I really cannot wait until they close. And they will be out of business soon because of how they treat their customers, which is overly rude. Not only did i drive miles away from my home to see a car, but the car was not gassed up, it was dirty and was not driveable because they didn’t have keys to the car in front of it for the car I wanted to be driven out. That’s not it. I called Kane in the afternoon, letting him know that I will be out the next day in the morning to see the car with my father, asking to make sure the car is fully detailed, gassed up for a test drive and to be on time because we will be there right when they open. I said, “I will be there at 10.” Kane replies, “Make it 10:15 so I know everything will be set for your visit.” I arrive at 10:40, Kane is no where to be found, and the car is still being detailed, with no gas in the tank for a test drive. Following into trying to purchase the car, Dany repeatedly kept saying “I’m a very straight forward guy.” Yeah, okay. I still cannot stop laughing at how much a low life could boost himself up. Straight forward if meaning horrible customer service, didn’t even let us talk about what we would like with the car or anything. Didn’t hear us out. I would understand if you let me talk and then tell me no. But his mindset was so focused on “No no no” “I can’t do it” “There’s no room in me to give you guys a deal.” Rather than being a bit considerate. ADDING ON, him bringing my dad and I into the sales MANAGER, Raul L., office, first thing he said was, “Think of me as mom and pops. I am both and NO I cannot give you guys a deal.” My butt didn’t even touch the seat yet. Again no hearing us out! Why wouldn’t they just hear us out and then tell us no! So inconsiderate I couldn’t even take it anymore. He then wants to continue to say, “If I win the lottery, I’ll sell you guys the car at the price you want. But if you don’t have the money then I don’t know what you’re doing trying to buy a car.” Also, the tires were horrible on the car so we went outside to show him, as we tried to tell them that the tires are bad, Raul continues to say, “You guys should just go somewhere else.” Not wanting our business at all, which I now totally understand why they “have no room to give a deal.” Because they can’t sell anything with how they do business. Not upset at all about not getting a good deal though, overly upset with how they talk to customers. Lastly, As my father and I left, walking to my car, Raul rudely says, “COME BACK WHEN YOU GUYS HAVE SOME MONEY TO PURCHASE THE CAR.” If this isn’t one of the reviews that stops you from going in this business, then good luck. P.S. they promised 4 new tires, and then switched up on me as I wanted to close the deal and wanted to charge me $500 for tires on a vehicle that were beat up. (: Kane really tired to help me though, so this review is mainly for Dany and Raul. I hope you read this and understand very deeply how much I hope this business closes and that your sales rate never goes up.
