I purchased a sedan from this dealership about a month ago. The mileage quoted on their website said it had 6811 miles. The actual mileage was about 17,300. When I told the financial manager, his eyes widened, and he said oh geez, this has happened a few times. He asked the sales manager to come in and explain, and he said it was a "typo" ... which is impossible because the numbers were completely different. When we spoke on the phone before I came to buy it, they said the car had been checked by the Lexus dealership, cleaned, certified as brand new... and the site said that as well... When I got there, the car was filthy, the blind spot monitor system was malfunctioning (I had to have it replaced for $1000), and the parking sensor system wasn't working - one of the sensors had been damaged in an unreported accident. Or maybe they damaged it. That was another $500. Neither was covered by the warranty. There's a dent in the roof, and scratches on the back bumper - it's clearly been taken off and put back on incorrectly. Sure, these guys were quite charming, nice service and comfortable space. It's a beautiful car that I love and the price - despite the problems - was good, but it could have been several thousand less. They were careless and misrepresented the vehicle. I hope this review costs them at least one sale. That will make it worth it.

I recently bought a beautiful Honda Accord from Used Imports. Sean Chancer was our Sales Representative. I came to them looking for an Acura ILX that I saw online. We took it for a test ride and I found it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Sean had a good idea what I wanted and showed me a Honda Accord. I had my heart set on the ILX but was unsure. He let me take the car for the night to give my husband a chance to see it and drive it. The next day I came back and told him I wanted to test drive the Honda. It had everything I wanted and we closed the deal. Thank you Sean for your insight. Sean was a pleasure to work with and made the process especially easy. I highly recommend Used Imports and especially Sean Chancer.

I am very particular when it comes to choosing a car and it took me a month of searching to decide on one within my budget. This dealership had the best deal and great service when it came to purchasing my car. Chris was the sales rep that helped me and he gave me his personal number and helped me with any questions I had and took care of anything that I needed. I highly recommend asking for Chris when you visit here. The deals at this dealership are hard to beat and John (the manager) is always readily available to answer any questions as well. Like when dealing with all used car dealerships be sure to ask about everything, it took us over a week of negotiation and questions to get exactly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with my used Lexus IS 200t and would recommend this location for the great prices that are hard to beat!

We went there to look at a 2015 Acura MDX.... Our salesperson was Chris. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, we remembered we had put a freeze on our credit due to the Equifax breech. Chris helped us locate a number to call to speak to Equifax and after what seemed like an eternity we were able to move forward with the deal. Any other sales person would have given up and written us off, but he was very patient and gave us his desk and computer to resolve the issue. Tom in finance also assisted us in getting in touch with Equifax..... Without their help we wouldn't have know where to call. So a huge thank you to both of them. We got a great deal and both were a pleasure to work with. I high recommend them both and the entire dealership.... Great cars at great prices. F Dupree

After looking to replace my totaled car for over a month I just happened to see an advertisement for the car I was looking for at Used Imports Auto. By the time I got to Roswell to see it, it had sold. Andre and Jon were determined to find one for me. Jon told me he would buy it on Monday, have it at the dealership by Wednesday. Andre called me Wednesday and told me my car was there. I went to see it Thursday and bought it. We went over it inside and out, every little thing I wanted done they did and changed the oil and rotated and balanced the tires. It was detailed to perfection when I picked it up on Thursday. I can't close without mentioning Bruce, what a card! He makes the usually tedious financial part of it a party indeed! I never knew car buying could be such a pleasant and fun experience. Thank you all, you did in a few days what my previous dealership couldn't do in a month.

I was in search for a vehicle for about 6 months. While browsing through Car Guru, I saw a car I wanted to test drive. When my boyfriend and I arrive to the dealership, the salesmen greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked how he could be of assistance. They allowed us to test drive the vehicle and instantly we fell in love with it. During the purchase, the General Manager processed the paper work. He was so very professional and nice, gave us the royal treatment. I would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership to all my family and friends. Love my car - EXCELLENT C/S!!!

Went in to look at a Lexus es 350 I had seen on car gurus, took the car for a test drive, went home to think over the car before buying. Came back 2 days later to buy the car but found out that it was sold. The salesman didn't disclose that information beforehand until I was at the delearship. Very frustating! Was asked to review other options that were not in my original budget.I asked to see the car fax but wasn't given until last minute after repeatedly asking to see it. Found out that the car had structural damage, lost interest after that, but was being pushed to put down a nonrefundable deposit so they could hold the car for me. Very pushy for a sale, will never return and would not recommend this place to anybody!!

Buying acar is not easy task and can be very overwhelming. From the very beginning Chris was very kind and made sure the car I looked online was in good condition worth making a trip from Knoxville TN!!... Once I got there Chris was very helpful and I could tell right away he would do anything to make one happy. Then I met Suny who was also very helpful and energetic. Main thing was I felt He would do anything to make me comfortable and happy with the car I was taking. At the end I got a great nice clean car with even new tires!!..... and even more when I thought I thought I needed a AWD which they had 2 available at a slight higher price he made sure I didnt pay more for something I didnt even need..... So I got a great car with new tires and good mpg great for what I really need it for. I would recommend these guys for their great customer service and great team work to ensure you have a great experience!!....

I have officially had my new Lexus 2 weeks today and what an awesome car! A special thanks to Sonny, George, and the Jamaican Mann :) They picked me up from airport, we made a wonderful deal- smooooth transaction! They detailed it, put a coat of wax on her, gassed me up and Louisiana here we come (my new car & I). 462 miles later I was still smiling as I pulled into my driveway! I love this car!! Although they have a great variety of beautiful imports I choose the ES350 and couldn't be more satisfied! I will definitely recommend UIA and I look forward to another purchase some day soon. We found our salesman, Chris Barber, to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very attentive to our needs. We had a list of dealerships that we were going to visit but Used Import Auto was our first stop and our only stop. We did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle but we are thoroughly satisfied with our decision to purchase a low mileage 2014 RX 350 from Used Import Auto. The dealership had a wide selection of low mileage quality used vehicles. So for anyone out there who's looking for these qualities in a car salesman and a dealership - just ask for Chris.

We were pleasantly surprised about the hassle free car buying experience that we received here. We went to another dealership to test drive a similar car but came right back to deal with Robert at this location. He did not pressure us and was very personable.
