Absolutely horrible experience here. Called about a used vehicle. Sheena was great & said to call when we got close to the car lot. We did as instructed. She introduced us to the guy who would be taking care of us.We test drove the vehicle. We sat down with the guy to go over all of the details of the truck, the options & the car fax. Another salesman came into our office & asked for the keys. I assumed that he was putting them away. We finally get the numbers ran & just gave them permission to pull the credit history and someone comes in and says that the other salesman SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE RIGHT out from under us !!! We were in the MIDDLE of BUYING it when the other customer even TEST DROVE it. HOW IS THIS OK??? How is this customer service???I asked them this . The manager just kept saying over and over again that it was their POLICY to sell it to the one who signs the dotted line first. So SOMEHOW it is MY FAULT that my salesperson is SLOWER than the other customer's??? I have never been so disrespected when trying to purchase a vehicle. We had driven all the way from Dallas to come to Roswell to purchase it . My husband is a police officer, I am in Healthcare. Our days are few and far between on when we have them off TOGETHER to look at cars & now our whole day was wasted. Something needs to be done about their policies and the way they treat their customers. It was so unethical & NOT the way that YOU treat people.

Terrible experience. Dishonorable sales practices. We visited the lot this past Saturday and had several calls with the sales person and sales manager in the following days regarding a used SUV we wanted to purchase. Long story short - we worked out a deal and had scheduled an appointment to pick up the vehicle at 3pm today. Only to get a last minute call from the sales person to let us know the deal was off because they sold the SUV to another buyer in the interim. I guess they squeezed a few more dollars out of some other buyer. Then they had the nerve to try and push another SUV with higher mileage on us! Yeah, right! You just proved that your word is worth nothing and you can't be trusted to keep a deal. As if we'd ever consider purchasing a car from this place. What a joke. I would look elsewhere for a dealership you can trust to keep their word and will be sure to share my story with everyone I know in the community. If it saves even one consumer from wasting their time with Nalley Lexus - it will be plenty.

We had a wonderful experience buying our new RX350 from D'Amico our salesman. He was very personable, informative and overall friendly and not pushy. AWESOME! Sal represented the dealership well and was very helpful and did everything possible to accommodate us. He kept in contact during the whole process. He was up front about everything and there were no surprises in the process. Sal was very personable wonderful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Our financial person was not only efficient but very enjoyable to do business with. Thanks to all!!

The best experience I've ever had with a dealership. George Adeosun was spot on selling me my new used Lexus RX350. I love my car! Mr. Marbury in finance was awesome. Both guys were gentleman, I will definitely recommend Nalley Lexus. That's where my next Lexus will come from. I am hooked:)

I have had good experiences with good auto salesman before but at Nalley Lexus Roswell Mr. Jong K. went far beyond being a good salesman. He was so helpful and accommodating that I can not express my appreciation by words. You just have to experience it yourself.

I walked in and was greeted by Bryant T. He was an awesome salesperson. I did not feel pressured and he was very knowledgeable. It made my car buying experience painless. I also walked out with a very good deal. I did all my research before going so I knew when I was talking to him that I was getting a good deal; and he never tried to get over on me.
