Very dissatisfied with personnel. After almost two months still cannot get a title. I have a F350 truck that cannot be driven because the drive out tag is going out and I have no title to get a tag. Please do not purchase a vehicle here unless you do not intend to drive it

I've had 2 cars serviced at Courtesy Ford in the last 3 years and I see why they call this dealership "Courtesy" Ford. That's exactly the experience I get every time I go there. Tiffany Kenny in service has a very friendly and down to earth approach. She always took care of me right away and made sure my car was serviced correctly the first time. The last service repair was assigned to Phillip Eaton. He must be very experienced with repair because my car drives better than it ever did before. Keep up the good work Courtesy. You just earned a long time customer because of your awesome service!

Daughter purchased first vehicle from this dealership, a used truck. Had to replace both cat. converters and front brakes and rotors less than 45 days of purchase. Had been told by salesman (Joe Flanigan) that truck had been serviced and checked thoroughly by service. New brakes pads had been put on bad rotors which chewed them up. Spare tire thrown in back of truck (not mounted underneath). Truck was not cleaned thoroughly as roofing shingles all under bed liner in back. Other problems but to numerous for this review. Contacted owner of dealership but he never responded. Expected more from a Ford dealership. Will not visit or recommend this dealership based on our experience.

Even though we're originally from Rome, we moved to Acworth 5 years ago. We still see the doctors there in Rome and our kids live there as well. We don't go to Rome only for the vehicles to be serviced but when we have another reason to go we always take them to Quick Lane. We've learned they're honest and don't gouge us with the total price!
