Had a Great experience with the dealership from start to finish their upfront and honest with their pricing. They took special time and care to make sure I was in the right Hyundai Santa Fe. I told him I did not have too much time and the sales managers as well as the salesman made sure that I was done and then if fission time and manner. Again thank you for a great sales experience!

I came in the purchase a used vehicle... The car was interested in did have a few issues. The colant jug had a leak but I was told it was fixed before I purchased the vehicle. Drove the car for an hour and its smoking. Called the salesman to tell him about the problem and was told I need to come in and talk to the mechanic and not him... For almost 13k after financing I think the car used not be smoking within hours of me laving the dealership. I will not be refering anyone... Bad experience.. Im 😠

This is the 2nd dealership that we have had a TERRIBLE experience! Drove over 2 1/2 hours to be told that they "No longer have the car" that I had been emailing and texting about for 3 days and had confirmed was still there the night before! Don't trust them - they are all [non-permissible content removed]!

I first wasn't 100% locked in on what car I wanted so I visited 4 Dealerships, at Dealer #3 they introduced the Hyundai Genesis 3.8 with Tech Pkg to me but insulted me with there offer on my trade, I had 2 other offers to compare theres too, So next day, I stopped by SouthTowne Riverdale to look at Genesis 3.8, they offered what the Buick Dealer had which was inline with the NADA range and worked with me to close the deal on a $51,000 purchase. Experience positive as my Sales guy Ron had to work & he had Andrew, Perry & finance guy bring up the rear to close this deal. We are pleased enough to look at buying another car from them this week
