Excellent! Sean was extremely knowledgeable, very patient and, able to answer all of our query's. This is our second purchasing experience with Carmax. This is the only way to purchase a vehicle. The buying process went well and was very co-ordinated. A positive experience! Having being subjected to the pressures from numerous dealers, Carmax is the way to go.

I was in hot pursuit of a new 300C when they first came out. the CarMax salesperson was a big help in finding and holding onto a model that came in. process was quick and professional. the saleman followed me to my house to get title for my trade. great people.
