I was very pleased with all the staff at the dealer. the positives: Enthusiastic greeting in the parking lot before I even entered the showroom. My salesman, Joseph, was both very professional and personable. I needed a vehicle ASAP with all the safety options, and they were able to find one that meet all requirements and I was in a new Jeep Cherokee Limited the next day. Great Job!

We had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica at Newnan Peachtree Chyrsler Dodge Jeep Ram. They are an awesome dealership, best I've experienced in over 48 years of buying cars. Our salesperson Jimmy was awesome and supported by managers Dillon and Devin. We had previously been impressed with their service on our Jeep (purchased elsewhere), so when it was time for a new car, we went to Newnan!

Best Car Dealership

I was in need of a new car, but I was still caught in my current auto loan. I have been to many different car dealerships around Newnan, Ga.; all of them just wanted to run my credit before I even considered buying a car (which is because they have to get a certain amount per-month to meet quota) I decided to go into this dealership because I know my boyfriend's family went there to buy a new car for their daughter. When I pulled up it felt like they were all preying on me and deciding who will get to work with me, which I didn't like; but wasn't surprised because that is just their job. But once I got inside and sate down and told them my price range and my current situation, the car dealer go another dealer to help me who is more experienced which I thought was very different and I am pleased that the original dealer to the initiative to make sure I was in good hands. Jeff Pankey was the car dealer who made everything come together , he made sure I wasn't looking at cars that were not in my budget. He got them to pay off my car and also got the price of my new car down $2,000 because it was originally said to be in my price range. I love that they stick to their word and they make sure you understand everything. He was the most honest and calm car dealer that I have ever come across! Ask for Jeff Pankey if you are in town and looking for a new car.

Very Shady Experience...

Bait and Switch: Over the phone and text, agreed to FINAL price (with tax) on silver 2013 Jeep Wrangler with Mr. Johnson. I had insurance set up, my credit union ready to send check upon the signing of papers. I take the afternoon off from work, drive an hour to get to dealership and Mr. Johnson tells me NO he can't do the deal at the agreed upon price, but is ready to make a deal, which is of course at a higher price. I showed him the text where we agreed to the FINAL price and he replied, "Well, I cannot do that." I assume he thought my investment of time with getting insurance and financing pretty much wrapped up would make me more willing to accept the higher price, but that had the opposite effect. I left the dealership and the salesman has been borderline harassing me to come in again and get the Jeep (at the higher price). This is the perfect example of why people tend to hate the car buying experience. I would highly NOT recommend this dealership due to the Bait and Switch situation. This is 100% a true story. This occurred in early Jan 2015. Very unfavorable experience - very shady.

The Salesman Jeff Pankey and Q Willis were professional, nice, and extremely motivated to meet my budget and scope of the Jeep I wanted. Sales Mangers Tony, Zeke, and Sean were always stopping by to see how I was doing and supporting Jeff and Q the entire way through the sales process. The Jeep I wanted was sold, but Jeff and Q found another Jeep in minutes and built it to my specifications. Once I was approved and had the Jeep I wanted Finance Manager Ray Trimble was able to fight for the best rate possible ultimately beating the monthly budgeted rate I set for myself. I am busy guy and I usually do not rate companies, however this experience deserved to be rewarded and shared with others. I am USAF IRAQI Freedom Veteran and they helped make my Veterans Day! Ask for Jeff or Q Willis and you will not be let down!!

I drove 2 hours to see a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit...Dylan Trimble was pleasant to deal with and stayed late (Sunday night) to help me go home in my new Jeep. The dealership was clean and inviting...Dylan pulled the Jeep around for me to look at it...we talked numbers...agreed on a price... and he had it clean and full of gas while I did all the paperwork. If you want to purchase a vehicle, go here if you want to avoid the "car salesman games" the other dealerships play. Thanks again Dylan.

Wow!!! That is what I must say about The New Management Staff and Miguel R. I just recently purchased my New Jeep Grand Cherokee for this dealership. It was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The treated me like I was family. I will defiantly recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.
