There are not enough star to rate my experience. When I set out to replace my little Lexus I went online and decided to let the dealerships come to me. When Mrs. Davis called me ten minutes later I was blown away by her knowledge and warm personality. When I met Mrs Davis and Ms. Ali I felt right at home. My husband and son also enjoyed the experience. Best car buying experience I have ever had. After getting up at 5am going to work then going to do the car experience after 11:30 this was great. Well dressed, family like staff, The amenities that have are AWESOME. I think I found two friends :) I have given out all of Mrs Davis' sales cards.

I recently visited Heritage Cadilllac in morrow to trade in my car for a new one. Although I decided not to purchase a new car Steve Southard showed me an array of used cars that they had on the lot, which is what i ended up purchasing. I was greeted right away by Steve's smiling face and was quickly offered a wonderful little glass bottle of coke. The waiting room while they are remodeling is small but clean and professional. Steve gave me a great price on my used STX and even spent time showing me all the fun features available on the car. He was one of the best salesman I have ever had and I will return when I am ready for a trade in and I will definitely ask for Steve Southard again.

When I arrived at Heritage I was not really sure that I was ready to buy a new car but the website was very easy to navigate and the first person to greet me was Steve Southard. He automatically felt very comfortable and spent a lot of time helping me chose the perfect vehicle. Steve helped me both with the choice of vehicle but also helped me get what I consider to be the very best price available. The dealership was both clean and inviting, much like my salesman Steve Southard! I will not only recommend the dealership to my friends and family but also Steve for any of my car buying needs. I only wish he could have been my Finance consultant as well as my salesman.

after emailing several time we decide to make the trip to heritage cadillac. KiDon greeted us with smile and offered us beverage. he made us feel comfortable throughout whole process. went over all the features on the SRX and connected with onstar. after the sale he called to make sure we are comfortable with feature and asked us to come by if there's any issues . he sent us youtube walk around videos so that we didn't miss any features. great experiance with Heritage Cadillac and KiDon Park. Normally, I visit dealerships with my husband and this time I went alone. The salesmen made me feel so comfortable with my questions and how he answered the questions based on his expertise of the new and used cars in stock. I felt like I was being educated about the product instead of feeling like he was trying to just make a sale. John Wilson was professional, knowledgeable and patient...we will definitely encourage our friends to see Mr. Wilson.

Bought my first Cadillac from Sara Ali at Heritage in Mar. 2011 Used Edmunds for research on a New SRX and dealt with four local dealers in the Atl. area By far the best price and service was with Heritage. With the positive experience with the service department and Sales. We decided to buy a CTS for my wife so we just had our second experience with Sara and it was just as good.
