RAM Service Director Brad Duren - best customer service ever

I want everyone to know that Brad Duren the Service Director at RAM in Milledgeville, GA provides excellent customer service and cares about the customer. I recently purchased a new 2022 RAM Bighorn truck that encountered Radio/Navigation issues. We attempted to get things corrected but we ran into some obsticales on the way to getting it fixed. Once Brad was informed he took control and made sure my issue was fixed correctly and quickly. He even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Brad is a prime example of how all employees in customer service jobs should treat their customers. It was a pleasure working with him and meeting him. God bless him and his excellent attitude.

Sold us a vehicle without servicing it, detailing it, and lied to my face. I’ve contacted various businesses that confirmed they will do anything for a sale. This place is not trustworthy. They won’t leave our review up on Google because we are voicing our experience.

My husband and I have had the worst experience here. His recent review stated how long our vehicle was withheld along with poor communication. We were told our vehicle would be detailed and serviced. They already had to fix the “wiring” to the back latch of our vehicle. It doesn’t make sense because they would have used a multimeter to find out why it wasn’t working rather than sending it to various locations and using the excuse of ordering the “wrong part” and holding our vehicle for over three weeks. “$4,000 repair bill”… okay. When we finally went to pick up our vehicle, it was not detailed. It was only half vacuumed. My husband asked for a receipt on what they serviced and never received the email. The Sales Manager himself lied to his face saying it was all done properly… here’s the best part. We took our vehicle to a mechanic. Didn’t take three weeks either. He got back to us after only a couple of hours and understood what proper communication is. He made it clear to us they touched absolutely nothing. Also, the vehicle needs some serious repairing which was never made known to us. Barely had this vehicle long enough to be encountering all of these issues. This place is sorry. I don’t want an apology. Y’all came out an had nerve to make excuses about having your issues at home and then wanted to apologize to me with “We have been doing our best” …. Y’all are [non-permissible content removed]. Even the Toyota Dealership called your lack of profession out in front of your own sales rep.

I had been searching for a Dodge Journey and went to one dealership and it didn't feel right. So I decided to do my own search. Came across Milledgeville cdjr, and seen there prices compared to others and even though I'm over 2 hours away I thought I'd still check it out. I called and spoke with Mary and while on the phone with her I did my application online. Not long after, she called me back with a great offer not only for the car I wanted but the payment as well. So we decided to drive on out there that evening. They had everything ready for me, from the car detailed and gassed ready to go and all the paper work. We were in and out in no time. They were so helpful and professional. And they got the deal done! It was hands down the best car buying experience me and my husband had ever had!!!! Needless to say we will recommend to everyone! And we will be back for any needs in the future!!!!!! Thanks Milledgeville cdjr!!!!!

She did an excellent job of letting me know what needed to be done to my Jeep and called me with the estimate for the tire sensor. She is very polite and professional.
