Purchased a new explorer from this dealership. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Grant and Jim made the entire process very pleasant and easy. They put up with all my questions and requests. We were so pleased, we went back a few days later and helped our daughter purchase a used explorer. If your looking to purchase a vehicle, do not hesitate to purchase from Metter Ford.

Very happy with my dealings with Metter Ford. They worked with me to get a deal on a hard to find truck and after the sale continued to work with me to get everything the way I wanted it. On top of all that, they pick your vehicle up and bring you a loaner when you have service done! I highly recommend.

Horrible sales experience

I recently tried trading in my F150 for a used Expedition and had a horrible and extremely difficult experience attempting to get this done. Metter sales reps and finance reps repeated claim to be a reputable company but made it next to impossible to do business with an out of state credit union. All of which became irrelevant because they incorrectly quoted my trade in value 3 separate times on 3 separate contract quotes and just when everything was taken care of and I was about to take delivery, my sales person Michael claimed the vehicle had been sold to someone else, all to avoid admitting their screw up. I was later explained that the Metter sales team knowingly lied about the availability of the vehicle despite working with a veteran team and then their Finance Manager, Jim, tried to justify it. This is completely unacceptable business behavior not to mention the run around I received for about a month while trying to get this deal done. Know who your sales person is and do your home work because this Ford Dealership knowing lies, misleads and doesnt hold true to their promises. -Joseph Hoolihan Orlando, Florida

Good service bad vehicle

Problems with my vehicle are constant. It's very inconvenient to return my car for service but when I do, Ben has always been helpful and courteous. I am very disgusted with the quality of my vehicle but not with the customer service department.

Ok so I knew exactly the make, model and year I wanted prior to going. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium used with about 30k miles. It was a perfect fit for me and my family. They were able to value my trade-in at what kbb had it listed for. They didn't beat around the bush with pricing or games. I will say that their pricing quote is a bit confusing and is probably more convoluted than it should be, but overall the experience was great. Polite personnel who stayed well over an hour after the store closed to make sure my deal could wrapped up. They got me an amazing interest rate and ended up financing less than what I thought. I will say that Ford's bumper to bumper warranty isn't as long as other manufacturers so I decided to purchase an extended warranty on this vehicle since mine would be running out in another 6k miles. Instead of tacking it on to the end of my car loan and paying interest, they actually offer a Ford Credit Card at 0% APR for 12 mos. I decided togo that route. It increased my bumper to bumper from 3/36,000miles to the length of car loan or up to 100,000 miles. So overall a great experience! Highly recommended and will start my car search there first before anywhere else! Thanks again to the whole team who helped me out!

I recently bought an Escape from Metter Ford. I love my purchase and I love the dealership! They were absolutely awesome!! I could not have asked for a better buying experience!! They were completely aware of my needs and made it their top priority to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! 5 stars, all the way. You just can't beat that kind of service!

I would like to complement Metter Ford, especially Danny H., for the experience I had while purchasing my new Ford Escape. Danny went above and beyond assisting me with my purchase - locating exactly what I was looking for. He's awesome! And all of the other employees that I dealt with are outstanding as well. Great customer service. They treat you like friends! I was a die hard Dodge person - NO LONGER!!! I am awestruck by the handling and comfort of my new vehicle. Love, love, love it!

I rate Metter Ford the best in Statesboro and Metter. They know how to make a customer for life! I will refer them to all of my friends and co workers at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. Matt made it so easy to get out of my Chrysler (which I hated) and get into a new Edge!!!
