It was a a great experience. Family friendly and personable help. The experience was very informative and I never felt like any question that I had was too silly. This was my first new vehicle purchase in several decades and it was a wonderful experience.

Subaru Sales Review at Gerald Jones

Joe Pretzello is a very dedicated and honest salesman. My wife and I arrived late for our purchase because of a situation with the VW buyback that I caused. Joe as well as Ben were great. No pressure and a smooth and easy transaction. Although it was late and we were almost locked in the dealership, Joe still explained many of the features of Our New Outback outside before we left. Gerald Jones is an excellent dealership to buy or lease a new Subaru or any of the fine vehicles they sell.

Our salesman was very personable and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed working with him. The service department was great. When we decided to replace our Forester, we traveled to Gerald Jones because of the exceptional service rather than use the dealer in closer proximity to us.

Matthew greeted us when we drove up. He found out what we were looking for and found three or four different cars that fit our needs and let us test drive. More than that he was friendly, courteous and interest in what we wanted. I a sort time we became personal friend(like a son). We wish the best and know he will do well.

Our new car purchasing experience was outstanding and enjoyable. From our initial contact with the sales representative to the final signing and closing, everything went smoothly and all employees of the dealership were fantastic. Everyone was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from the Gerald Jones dealership and I'm certain it will not be the last. The salesman I dealt with was Mitchell and he was friendly and knowledgable. He worked to get a deal that met my needs. They went out of their way to get me the color/interior I wanted from another dealer and had it available the next day. I was in the finance office for less than twenty minutes to sign paperwork. Will definitely buy from them again in the future!

Gawlik 2015 Accord Touring Purchase

We had done our research on-line and were convinced that the 2015 Honda Accord Touring was the car we wanted. We then used our Consumer Reports Car buying app to see what kind of a discount we could get from participating Dealers. Gerald Jones Honda was one of the participating dealers and had several Touring models in their inventory, so we scheduled a test drive on a Friday. Both Product Specialist, Sam Greene, and Business Manager, Mark Owen were extremely friendly and helpful. We decided to purchase, but needed to bring in our trade-in to be appraised so we scheduled to come back the next day on Saturday. Our trade-in was valued fairly, and we sealed the deal. Our car of choice was ready to drive off the lot. Sam Greene spent the time to go over many of the settings most important to making us comfortable with the new car. He also offered to help at any time in the future should we have questions. Mark Owen did the same and explained the transaction and the registration issues in detail. We are very happy with our experience.
