Great customer service

10/10 Best experience I have had buying a car!! Charlie was the first person I met when I got to the lot! I was totally trying to avoid a salesman at all cost! He very nice and upfront with me! I told him that I didn’t want a new car, he didn’t push. My husband was the one that asked me to just test drive the Mazda CX-9. Well I loved it. I got back to the lot and Charlie goes well what ya think. I told him I loved the car but it wasn’t in the budget I had in mind. I said just come inside and we will work something out!! Let me tell ya the sales manager and Charlie made it happened! I felt like the whole process was like maybe a hour, but I felt confident in purchase. Everything was explained to and nothing pushed on me I didn’t want or need!! I have done over 7 car purchases in my life and this topped them all!!!

The service rep, Tim was very helpful when I brought my car in due to having another flat tire. Tim was able to get me seen as soon as possible due to an appointment that rescheduled until later in the morning. The service technician installed a brand new tire on my Mazda CX-9 with 20 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism with the service team. They worked as a TEAM!

Keith and PJ were great. No pressure sales team. Gave me some numbers to look at and when I followed up with them later in the day, they were super responsive and we got a deal done very quick. Spent less than an hour total inside the dealership, was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've had too many.

New Car Buying Experience

Direct and to the point, resulting in what I considered a fair deal with a minimum amount of back and forth. Also the fact that the salesman' supervisor came into the salesman's office and spoke directly to me. The salesman relaying offer and counteroffer details back and forth between me and his manager, which I have experienced at other dealerships, is a turnoff for me.
