onI purchased a 2015 Infiniti a few weeks ago. Overall, I had a positive experience. I did most of the negotiating over the phone. When I got to the dealership, I was presented with a different deal. I immediately addressed the salesman and he spoke to the manager. Eventually, they were able to provide the deal that I was given over the phone.

onI decided to go to Nalley Infiniti after finding the vehicles that I liked on truecar.com, my sales lady was very professional and courteous as well as the rest of the staff. I'm even thinking about buying another vehicle from them.

Cost of Certified Used Car

onDrove in from out of state to purchase a "certified" used car found on the internet. 1) The car was listed as certified, during the financing portion of the purchase, it was quickly passed over as non certified car. We noticed and questioned. We showed Nalley employees 2 different websites that listed the car as certified. We were told if we wanted the car to be certified it would cost us $899. "If we can add $899 to the cost of the car we will sell it as certified" What??? 2) Added an addition $1000 to the total cost of the car for a paint protection and interior protection "we add this to all of the cars we sell, once we had a person buy a car, park it under a tree then sued us so we add this to all of the cars we sell" ??? 3) My son has excellent credit, added extra interest rate due to "first time car buyer"

onNalley Infiniti, you people are the best dealership i have ever been to. I bought a used 2013 BMW X5 and I am from Chicago , i had to finalise the deal on telephone and believe me i was scared , Greg ( Gregory Charley), the most honest salesperson ever worked with. He made the whole process look so easy. I have to fly to Altanta the same day evening and next day Greg promptly picked me from airport. The car was much better than what I thought and they kept the finance process simple and I was out of dealership in less than couple of hours. Very honest people and very fair. You don't feel scared working with them. Greg if i ever think of buying a car again, you and your dealership will be first on my list. Thanks for all your help and making our car buying experience a memorable one.

Disappointing unprofessional service.

onA brand new car had only one key working. Sales rep promised to change the key battery and mail me a key the next day. She completely forgot to do it. After 2 weeks I reminded her and she mailed me a key chain, forgot to put the key inside the envelope. After I complained to a manager I finally got a key, but it still was not working. Turned out to be a key to a whole different car. Nobody bothered to check this before selling the car. Getting a new key was another unpleasant story including unprofessional service department.

onFrist it starts with this soothing cal "come on in and we will get you in a new car" The voice was Andrea J., working with her was divine. It was a rainy day, but all the cars are in the showroom to check out. Then there was the test drive~A manager to be sure, the features I wanted was clearly what I needed~the finance man who work the numbers like a "yes I can" man (I had an upside-down trade-in). It took a Saturday, but everyone played a part to be sure I was comfortable. The amazing part is cleaning out your old car, leaving much happier, than when you came! Go get your car. Great Purchase Experience

onI am a stickler for getting a great deal. Do a lot of internet searches and forces the local dealers to "bid" on the car and packages I desire. In addition, I ask them to bid on my current trade. I did this when I purchased my JX35 in December. Nalley Infiniti of Marietta stayed in the game and gave the best price. Then they took care of me and my family with kid gloves when we came in to complete the paperwork and deliver the vehicle. I was impressed with their fair dealing as well as the price I was able to maintain. I have been having my car serviced here since purchase (just completed my 11,250 service - I get mine done at 3,750 intervals) and have been extremely satisfied with overall experience. Megan O. has done a exceedingly good job of keeping me satisfied since I first started dealing with her in December on some promised accessories for my car!

WASTE OF TIME

onBait and switch- stayed there all day after driving 100 miles. Negotiated a deal and at the last moment the last person talked to( the big cheese) nixed the deal. Said he couldn't verify funds but had all day to do so.

onThis is the second car I've purchased through Nalley Infiniti in Marietta in the past two years. In dealing with the sales and finance team, I have found that they are consistent in delivering quality products at a price I am comfortable with. No high pressure sales techniques make the experience less stressful and they do seem to care about the service they provide. I also use this dealership for service and am very happy with the overall experience.

onVery unprofessional staff - did not honor the deal that was negotiated over the phone and confirmed via email. I spent an hour at the dealership with my family to learn that they would not honor the deal and they wouldn't sell me the vehicle. The GM called the next day and promised to resolve the issue but we never heard back from him. Total lack of customer service - I will never buy another car from Nalley dealership. Stay away from this dealership!!!!!

One of the best buying expieriences I have had

onI was not sure which car I wanted a G37 or M37 and I had them work up deals on several cars with several options, never once a complaint. We did 99% of the transaction via e-mail and finalized the price over the phone. I showed up and inspected my car and did some paper work and was gone. The entire sales team was superb and wonderful. Additionally no hard pressure add on warranty tactics from the finance people. I will buy from these people again!

Hassle-free Buying Experience

onI engaged Nally's Internet Sales department as part of a search for a G37 Coupe, asking for a price quote and lease terms to compare against other local dealers. I had visited one dealer and was unimpressed with their approach and had two others ignore my request for Internet email pricing. I got a great price from the Internet Sales Director at Nally, he answered every follow up question I had, quickly and honestly. When I slowed the process down a bit due to travel schedules, he appropriately followed up in a manner that wasn't pushy but showed a real interest. When I was ready to finally close a deal, he agreed to meet me on a Sunday to facilitate vehicle selection and a test drive even though the dealer was "officially" closed. I returned the following evening to do the paperwork and pick up the car. The car was detailed and ready when I arrived, the Sales rep spent a good bit of time reviewing the features of the car with me as I awaited what I thought would be the dreaded F&I experience. To my pleasant surprise, even that part of the process went well. One attempt to try to sell me on an extended maintenance contract, to which I said NO and signed a paper to that effect, and we were into lease review. All of the numbers matched what the rep told me by phone and on the order, no hidden costs or surprises. The only reason this isn't a perfect review is I haven't experienced the after-sale follow up to review. I know I probably could have pressed for a lower price and saved a few dollars but frankly the professionalism they showed made it worth a little extra.

never easy to buy a new car

onOverall everyone was very nice at Nalley, You have to know what you are willing to pay when you go in and what your car is worth-as with all dealerships-they will take you for all they can. They, like others, are also big on trying to sell a "protection' package to protect the outside and iside of your car at a cost of $500!!! Don't buy the service contract-they mislead you on what the service prices truely are to get you to buy their "package".
