I purchased a car from EZ Auto Finance in Marietta, Ga on 1/8/18. Went to get my tag 2/16/18 and was told the vehicle is reported as stolen so I cant get a tag. I contacted the dealership and the Cobb County PD. The police said it was reported stolen out of APD and they impounded it. I go to the dealership for answers and a loaner vehicle to drive. The owner was rude and nasty and did not make any attempts to rectify the situation. All he kept saying is the car isn’t stolen, they have the paperwork for it. He lied and told me the car was reported stolen on 2/16/18 and that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. It in fact was reported stolen in Oct 2017. He was irrational and unreasonable and told me I need to go to the police and deal with this because it isn’t their problem. I don’t know what happened or how but I do know I gave them $5500 as a down payment, made my first car payment ($300) on time and I am now without a vehicle. The right thing for him to do would have been to apologize, tell me he would resolve the issue and give me a loaner vehicle to drive while they work on it. Instead, I had to call the police and file a report against them. Not only was the owner not helpful, irate and nasty to me, he also attempted to have me arrested for criminal trespassing. As of now, I am out of my down payment of $5500, I have no car and I had to go rent a vehicle and pay $128 out of my own pocket for it. This has been by far the worst experience I've ever endured. [non-permissible content removed] what they have done is illegal. They need to be stopped. The owner has been awful and has caused me so much grief during all of this. I wouldn't recommend you purchasing from them, you just may end up in a situation like mine.

My wife and I went in to purchase a new car for my son. We ended up getting him a Nissan Maxima and trading her car in for a new SUV. We are extremely happy with both of our purchases and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car!!

This operation is not honest and will not resolve issues even when the sale was contingent on the repair. I have left a great deal of messages for the GM and for the last month have been told the owner is out of the country. Do not buy from EZ Auto Finance in Marietta, GA!!!
