Buyer BEWARE

My wife & I purchased a 2003 Lexus RX300 during Memorial day weekend and within about two weeks the car was on the side of the road with transmission problems. Short story: I had it towed to a dependable, trustworthy mechanic, and the entire transmission needs replacement. Called my friendly salesperson at Atlanta Auto Brokers, but they will not help. Of course I signed about a dozen different documents that I bought the car "as is". So, now I've got $5,000 repair (since it's AWD) on a car I just bought.

this was one of the best experience i every had buying a car. the Staff and Team here are the best in what they do. I already had an offer coming in the door with financing but they was able to do me one better and get me a lower interest rate and payment. I love the truck and well recommend to my friends and family to give them a try.

I must say that they people at Atlanta Auto Brokers were about as professional as it gets. They did everything they could to ensure my buying experience was smooth. They took really really good care of me, and went far and beyond what is typically expected. I will absolutely be back to get another vehicle. My sales Associate was Ryan. All I can say is thank you. I found it very necessary to write this review as gratitude for all that has been done for me during this buying experience.

Superior Customer Service Sales Rep Ryan Faber

My sales Rep was Ryan Faber. Prior to visiting the dealership I completed an online inquiry. Ryan was very prompt with getting the car fax and drive out price with tax included emailed to me right away. My fiancé and I test drove the 2013 Mercedes Benz C250. The drive was smooth and the car was nearly flawless. Ryan was not pushy however, very knowledgeable and down to earth. I was also able to take the vehicle to the Mercedes Benz on Cobb Pkwy where they preformed a full pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle, which the inspection was cleared with everything mechanically and electronically was in good condition. Based on my initial experience with Ryan and his colleagues I would definitely refer any of my colleagues, family, or friends to this dealership. I actually made the purchase of this vehicle, the only issue I had was the passenger seat however, Ryan and his team made sure that it was fixed and I had a full tank of gas before I left the dealership. In addition, I was able to trade my 2010 Dodge Journey SXT and get the car of my dreams. Ryan, this is the best birthday gift and I commend your EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE you made my buying experience and trade very easy and one to remember!!!! Ryan is truly AMAZING and anyone wanting to purchase a luxury, low mileage, gently used vehicle should visit Atlanta Auto Brokers and see Ryan!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
