I have used Express Service ever since it was instituted a few years ago. They have always been professional, listen to my concerns, and responsive vehicle performance issues. They are thorough in tracing down the cause of the problem and then takes the proper measures to resolve the issue with the least inconvenience to me.

Highly unsatisfied

Went in for a routine oil change etc. first of all they were rude as soon as I sat down. When the guy (who normally doesn’t work on my car) came in to show me my air filter he was nasty about it being dirty (it was dusty) and insisted I get it changed for 28$ along with getting my batter cables cleaned (they were corroded when I got the car from them in 2017.) for an additional 28$. Now I wouldn’t of had a problem with any of it if they would of came in and explained the issues and how they could of fixed it. Well the filter was never put back in properly behind the glove box and the glove box was never put back into the dashboard. Instead it was just shoved up into the dash and snapped closed; which caused it to fall out onto the floor. I had to fight with them to get my 3rd free oil change that I have paperwork saying that I have 4 from when I purchased the car. Needless to say I won’t be going back to get my 4th free oil change. I will be doing it myself.

Worst service department

The first time I called the dealership for my strut they told me to go to the shop where my lift was put on my truck. Even though I purchased the truck from them with the lift on it. The shop told me I had to go to the dealership because they were factory struts so I called the dealership which is right across the road and so did the shop and told them what was going on. They told me to come back the next day and they would fix it. When I came back they looked at it and said they had to order a part and that I’d have to come back the next day. So I wasted a day of my time because they wanted to try and pawn off the work to someone else. Even though they are the ones who had the extra work done on the truck before I bought it. Then the second time I brought my truck in for a separate issue my truck was shutting off while driving. Primarily my power steering would go out when coming to a stop. When I brought it in the service guy was very rude I told him I had a video of what it was doing and I thought there was a loose connection. He seemed to think I was wrong and the video wouldn’t help. He made it seem like I was making it up. So when the mechanic looked at my truck he came and asked to see the video. After that he found that this issue had happened before in this model and it was a bad splice in the wire. So he said it was going to take at least half a day. So I work midnight shift so I am unable to drop my truck off and wait all day to get it fixed so I would need a loaner car. I was told that they only have 3 loaner cars so I would have to wait to get my truck fixed until a car came available. I have been waiting a week now and all this time my power steering could go out while driving. I would not recommend taking a vehicle to this dealership to get serviced.

Body Work Poor Quality

Took my car in for some body work on my on dime ($2300). Saw that this body shop was on USAAs referral list. Thinking this was a safe bet I took my car there. That turned out to be a costly mistake. After the first few days the paint on the front grill area began to bubble (the first sign of poor quality). They agreed it was their poor work and made the repair. Five months later the paint on the passenger door began to chip off (the second sign of poor quality). Once again I returned expecting a similar experience...I was completely mistaken. They said the chipping had to be road damage therefore they were not responsible. There are no signs of damage other than their peeling paint job. My complaint to BBB was fruitless and a waste of time. Hope this review saves others (especially military members) some grief. I reported this experience to USAA where the complain was recorded. Go somewhere, anywhere else.

Amazing Customer Service

I would highly recommend this dealership and my sales person Julia L. to all my friends and family! Julia and the sales manager Ricky bent over backwards to help my husband and I purchase a vehcile and they even helped up with auto insurance! I am so greatful and thankful for the experience we had at Bennett Chevy! We live in FL and it was deffinetly worth the drive to GA for the amazing service we received!

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT!

I went to Bennett for service after buying my 2013 Equinox from Dan Vaden in Brunswick because Bennett is closer to where I live. I bought my car in Brunswick because they gave me a better deal than Bennett did. I didn't think this would be a big deal to get the car serviced at Bennett even though I didnt buy it from there, however I thought wrong. There was an issue with my car and I took it in for service. They made me feel so uncomfortable about the fact that I didn't buy my car from them. Also, they didn't even fix my problem, instead told me I didn't have one. Plus the dealership is a MESS! Getting in and out of there with all of the construction is a nightmare. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It shouldn't matter where someone buys their car when dealing with service people, and if it does so much maybe the sales team should be willing to negotiate! I will continue to drive the extra 30-40 minutes out of my way to go to Dan Vaden because they have been awesome!
