I recently purchased a vehicle here But when I returned home I noticed some damage to the bottom bumper and underside I first reaction was “ they got me now and nothing I can do” Boy was I wrong!! Miranda my salesperson stepped in and made everything right kept all promises Very rare in today’s world Thank you Miranda!! -John

This was the best car buying experience

I actually pulled up to ALM on my way to see another vehicle at a dealership in Sandy Springs. Fortunately for me, I never made it to Sandy Springs. As soon as I pulled up, Rico came to the door to greet me. The excellent service began from his greeting and carried through the entire experience. I told him that I saw an X5 online that didn't have a picture yet. He pulled up the vehicle and we were test driving it in about 10 minutes. Immediately after I test drove it, I had some errands to run. But Rico continued to work on my behalf with my credit union and their finance department to make this purchase into an extremely smooth experience. Rico called me bright and early the next day to let me know my credit union had sent payment and that he was getting the car showroom clean for me. The car was just traded into ALM before I purchased it (why there were no pictures), and there were a couple of wear and tear things that did not have a chance to be fixed yet. Nevertheless, ALM and Rico coordinated me coming back to get the car in ALM quality delivery shape. Where many dealerships would have left me with what I left with, this dealership and Rico were people of their word and committed to excellence. He followed up with me as much after the purchase as he did during to make sure I was satisfied. My wife has conveniently adjusted her car buying timeline so that she can have the same car buying experience that I just had. I highly recommend ALM and Rico for all of your vehicle purchasing needs.

Horrible Sales Rep Service

I'm not sure if Oscar Bryant was having a bad day but He was very unprofessional, told me he didn't care where I was calling from and hung up the phone on me (twice). Lost out on a potential $40,000 transaction. I called back and a coworker (Mike) instantly got defensive as well. If they truly cared about service, they should record some of their salespeople. Management apologized but didn't do much else to ensure this would be resolved. If you want professional salespeople, I would look elsewhere.

My husband and I were looking for a particular vehicle and we found one online at ALM Kennesaw. We drove from Alabama on 5/12 to find out the car wasn't there. We were about to leave and our lovely salesman, Jon Knuedson, asked us back inside to search their other lots. He noticed that the car was still in the system so he went out in the summer heat and hit the panic button until he found the car. We are now owners of a GLK 350. Unethical shady dealership

After driving 3.5 hrs from Knoxville TN with my wife and two kids I was notified they sold the vehicle 15 minutes before I got there! Settled on price and Did finance paperwork the previous day and was told there was a hold sticker on vehicle for me to arrive the next day to inspect and sign on dotted line. Oscar and general manager have absolutely no integrity! Can’t imagine what it would have been like if I actually bought the car and had a problem with it.

Quick and Polite Service

I found the car I was looking for online. I called the dealership looking at the online ad and asked for the gentleman assigned. His name was Nansely Noel - Client Advisor. I left a message because he was helping another customer. He called me back within an hour and I told him I was coming in the next day with my family after church. He texted me the address for easy GPS. He called me after church to follow up that I was coming in. He greeted us promptly, was not pushy and had a pleasant demeanor. We test drove the car promptly...negotiated a few times with the dealership and told him what we wanted to pay and could pay. He kept working with us till be were able to make a deal with the dealership. We traded our car in...that went very smooth. We started the paperwork right away and finished up a few details and all the signing the next day when I picked it up at lunchtime. He had the car I was purchasing ready the way I asked when I arrived. He walked me out the car to make sure everything was up to par and we even went to get gas. I dropped him off and he asked if I needed anything to call him or text. Most car sales people write you off when the transaction is finished...no pleasantries. He was nice, professional and patient. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a car and end up at ALM - Kennesaw. Great experience!

WORST. EXPERIENCE.EVER

ALM Kennesaw is HORRIBLE with shady business practices! I financed a 2014 CLA 250 Benz from them in March 2017, 6 DAYS LATER ended up having to take it to the MB dealership and found out there was more wrong with it than I thought. ALM claims to have done a full inspection on it prior to displaying it for purchase... hmmm LIES! I tried to speak to ALM Kennesaw about my car , even went up there in person, but was pissed off by how unconcerned and uncaring the staff was. My original salesperson was on vacation. I felt as though I was brushed off because I was a woman. At any rate, I ended up TRADING IT IN for a 2016 C300 Benz from the MB dealership itself and got a better warranty and a MUCH BETTER car!! The worst part of the experience was trying to get the $5,000 back from the warranty and GAP (since MB had already paid off our original loan with ALM). The finance guy, TOM P., straight up LIED to my face and told me that the check would go to the bank. I was not entitled to any of the money back for the warranty or GAP insurance ! Contrary to his LIE, the bank, warranty and GAP insurance companies, MB dealership, ALM coporate office, and my ALM salesperson all agreed I WAS entitled to the warranty and GAP insurance refund!! He was just trying to get paid! I went through hoops and bounds to get my money back with all the lies and back and forth.. but in the end, I prevailed and ALM corporate office wrote me my $5000 check!!!! I don't like writing negative reviews but they deserve it for how I was treated and from the looks of it how everyone else has been treated!!! The only person who ever apologized was my salesperson.. and he wasn't the real problem. This was the WORST car buying experience I have EVER had! What infuriates me most is when someone (TOM) lies with a straight face, and for that reason I will NEVER recommend anyone to trust ALM Kennesaw. SHADY, LIES, MISREPRESENTED CARS -- I could go on and on. They need to be reported to BBB. My advice.. go straight to the luxury dealership!! Quality and customer service means everything!!! P.S. ALM owner, please don't send me a meaningless response to this review. Apparently you are not doing anything to rectify the issues your customers are bringing forth (judging by all the negative reviews). I pray you find better staff to represent your business!

Felt like I was robbed

I almost gave a 2 star instead of a one because I did actually have a salesman who called me back as promised but in this review the bad beyond outweigh the good..... I'll start my story as many others, an internet search brought me to ALM Kennesaw because they had a 2005 Land Rover LR3 that I was interested in trading my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for title for title (yes I was losing money on the trade and acknowledged this but needed a larger SUV). I contacted them by phone, told the female sales person what I was interested in doing, she took my info, promised a call back in about 10-15 min. Ok, 2 hours pass and no call. I call again and talk to Nate a different salesperson and he worked with me on the phone for close to an hr. Here's where I should've backed out...... Nate then informs me I need to place a $500 hold deposit that will be refunded to me after I get there. I tell him I'm not comfortable doing it, he pressures me telling me he can't guarantee the car being there as others have inquired about it l, I'll get the money back as soon as I get there and so on, so I cave and do the deposit. This was on March 31, 2017. My daughter and I get there around 6:00 that night, don't leave until after 9:00. And no at this point no $500 refunded. I ask about it and I'm informed that since it's so late that it'll be first thing Monday morning. Monday I call remind them. I wait patiently a week trying to be understanding but still no refund. I call again and get the run around about emails and nonsense. I still stay patient. 2 weeks pass, no refund. I call and TRY to speak to the finance manager, leave messages and all, no response. 3rd week rolls on, I continue calling, one salesman even has the audacity to try to tell me that the money came off my final price and I stopped him real quick there telling him no it didn't because for one I traded even, and two my paperwork shows no placement of $500 on anything!! So I call AGAIN this time I'm a bit more assertive and yet another salesperson gives me corporates number, yeah guess what, NO ANSWER!! Then out of the blue another gentleman calls and I tell my story AGAIN. He says give me 2 days and call me back, this was on April 20, 2017. I call back on April 24, 2017 and am placed on the call with a lady Named Cindy who I yet again tell my story, and FINALLY she pulls up records sees the debit and supposedly issues refund as well as sends emails about what I have been through. Now don't think it's over because as I am writing this review at 9:35 am eastern standard time on April 26, 2017 I have still NOT received my money back!!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Looking for a used car in a internet driven marketplace can be as stressful as going from dealer. So glad and feel lucky I found ALM Kennesaw while browsing the internet. They're webpage is very user friendly. So finding the car that matches my search criteria was almost effortless. After finding the car Ii reached out to ALM directly . Where Don Zorn took my call and confirmed its availability . So next we schedule a vehicle demo / test drive. Upon arriving to the dealership I met Don . He was pleasant not pushy and answered all my questions. Which removed any anxieties I had about coming 2 hrs to look at a car and meet someone I would assume was a typical sales guy. Not only was he genuine and real the whole team was over and above my expectations. The dealership very clean , the people very friendly. I will buy from Don and ALM again. I recommend the dealer...

Luxury cars sold without luxury accessories

I purchased a car from this dealership on 3/1 and upon arrival to view the car it was very dirty (clearly someone had been using this as their personal vehicle). It also had no cargo net, floor mats, cup holder or gear shift knob. I was told by the salesman Chris Mims that they remove these items so that people don’t break in to steal & sell them on Ebay. So I decided to buy this car & by this time it was night time and pouring down rain so I was told I could come back on Saturday for a full detail and get the missing items from the car. I came back on 3/5 for the detailing which was half assed & given mats/cargo net taken from another IS model. I was told that they don’t have the gear shift knob and they can order it & I pick it up on Monday which was funny to me because if they just remove them from the cars why to they have to now order the part? Monday came and went with no return call or update. On Thurs 3/10 I called & asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Ray Bruce who said that they had the knob. I then drove 30 min to pick it up only for it to be the knob for a GS 350 (I purchased an IS 350)….even though I gave him my VIN number. By this time I realized they had probably sold the items from my car on Ebay themselves so I returned the floor mats they gave me (they didn’t fit anyways) and went to Nalley Lexus of Smyrna and purchased the correct gear shift knob & floor mats. I then called ALM back to get reimbursement for these items only to receive reimbursement for the gear shift knob. I will not be recommending anyone I know to purchase from this dealership who sells LUXURY cars without basic accessories such as gear shift knobs and floor mats.
