Horrible Customer Service

Rude, Nasty & Unprofessional!!!!!! I purchased a camaro 1SS for $48,000 after taxes. The day after purchase I noticed some wires hanging down near the clutch. I called the dealership, spoke with Derek in service & he responded that I should push it back up & hold it with some sort of zip tie. I told him that I wasn’t a mechanic & wasn’t sure of how to do it. Two weeks later the wires dropped down again and interfered with me pressing the clutch almost causing me to wreck a brand new car. I immediately called the dealership & told them that I requested the wires be fixed to weeks earlier & Derek in service told me to fix it myself. The representative placed me on hold for 41 mins with no one coming back to the phone. I called back two hours later & asked to speak with the supervisor. The supervisor took issue with me telling him that if the issue wasn’t fixed I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. He then told me that if that’s how I feel I can do it (fix the wires) myself. Very rude nasty & unprofessional. This is how they treat someone that just spent $48,000 at their business. I then asked him for his name & like a coward he refused to give his name. I asked several times & he refused several times. I am now in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will never ever deal with this nasty unprofessional dealership again. I will have a different Chevy dealership repair my vehicle. I also asked myself if I were white & not black would I have been treated like this by some southern, Georgian white men????????
