onBuyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission.

Lying Salesman

onwent to look at a 2011 Mustang that was listed on Speedways web site for 17,995 when i arrived the salesman came out and i asked what they were asking for car he told me 19,995 i told him this was a bad way to start of with him lying to me that it was listed on there web site for 17,995 and his first words were well its a starting place. i had cash in pocket and had planned to buy car that day but when he started out lying i'll thake my money somewhere else

onBUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE SPEEDWAY FORD (GRIFFIN) I thought I should let all my friends know about an experience I had with a Ford dealership, Speedway Ford dba Griffin Ford Sales located 1710 N Expressway, Griffin GA. We went to this dealerships service department back at the end of Nov. for them to inspect a used car from another dealer we were looking to purchase. It took them 3 hours to finally look at the vehicle. We were told they would do a full inspection over everything in the car so that we knew what we were getting. The cost $75. I went and looked at the car while they were doing the last part. They came back and told us that brakes and tires look good and everything else is good, just a few minor issues and they listed them. We went back and bought the vehicle from the other dealership with the assurance that this inspection should have provided, based off what we believed to be an informed inspection. After this, a few months later we found out that they had not done an inspection as promised and gave false information. My brakes were at 1% they would have noticed that they were low during this inspection but we were told they were great. I was watching them do the inspection they never took off the tires, which now i know that means they never really checked the brakes. I am not a mechanic so I did not know that at a time. We also ended up having to have pay for other parts that were not discovered, but would have been during an inspection. Also, belts etc were dry rotted. This company lied to me about the inspection, charged me for it and there lying to me cost me a good deal of money. I called and spoke to Rusty Bowman, the general manager as soon as all this was discovered at the beginning of March he said he would look into it and would contact me back. He pulled up the invoice right then. I could get no response from Mr. Bowman at all. I hired an attorney a month later to get my $75 back in an effort for them to apologize and make it right. However, Mr. Bowman played games with both my attorney and I. He said my car was never seen there. And kept badgering us for receipts we sent a letter from my bank showing the charge from them.. Then he turned around and said that they did nothing wrong. Since they did not inspect my car that the invoice only said they checked for an off/on issue. Which was not true. Their invoice clearly does say it was an inspection. He has refused to provide the owners information saying its none of my business. His secretary called me a brat. All of this is on tape..He told me just to sue them. I kept calling for the owner Thomas Johnson but was hung up on and put to Rusty instead of them answering the phone, they just transferred to Rusty. He has refused to admit wrong doing OR give a refund without stipulations. I dont want my friends ripped off by a company that lies to women!

onWe wanted an oil change and a tire rotation but since they could not find the correct lug wrench, we only got a lubrication. I don't think the sticker on the inside of the windshield was changed. It was good service and did not take too long. We appreciate Megan and her concern.

onAs soon as I pulled in the lot Tracey came out to greet my son and I. She was very nice and simply stated if there was anything she could do to assist us just let her know. Immediately we were put at ease and did not feel we were being pushed. From that point on every part of the purchasing experience was the same way.

onI just had an oil change. They really apologized for taking so long. My only problem was the excessive time it took to change the oil and rotate the tires, otherwise, Great Job!!

onI went in to get an alignment and oil change and it feels like my truck is still pulling to the left a little bit . I just have'nt had time to take it back up there to let up there to look at it again hopefully I will not be charged again for another alignment.

Normally good service but not this time

onI have had excellent service in the past. However I was told to pick up my vehicle at 3. I waited until 4:15 to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I ended waiting another hour at the dealership for it to be finished. It looked to me as though the vehicle hadn't been touched after they found the issue until I got back to pick it up. I also had the exact same issue about a year ago. So, when I dropped it off even though my mileage was over the warranty limit I was told that it may be covered because it was a issue that happened while it was under warranty. When I picked it up I was told it was regular wear and tear and my bill was $230. I have also read several other customers have had the exact same issue I'm having and Ford hasn't come up with a solution.
