Milton Martin Toyota treated us like the most important people in the showroom today. While our old vehicle was being serviced, they showed us several new vehicles. They were very personable and knowledgeable about pros and cons. They answered all our questions, gave us great options to choose from. There was no high pressure salesmanship, and our sales rep, Jonathan, even helped us with the technical things like tying our phones to the car.

First oil change on my new 2023 Toyota RAV4

The oil change today was totally free as I was told it would be! My only gripe is I live so far away and have to drive an hour and a half to get there, but this has nothing to do with the dealership. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Lesson Learned - Forewarning to Buyers

The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. However, know that only you are looking out for your own best interests. Go in prepared. Though I know better, it's my own fault I didn't negotiate the price as well as I should have. I found the exact same vehicle online at another dealership the following day for $2847 less than what I paid here. I intended to only test drive the vehicle and arrange to use my own credit union for financing but the sales rep suggested to use the dealer financing and refinance later. He said the APR would be 7.99 but then I later saw on the paperwork that it's actually 8.08%. My credit union rate is 5.55%. The finance guy then told me afterward that I couldn't refinance for 4 months. Also, be aware of the "padded" charges like Toyoguard and prep fees that aren't negotiable. Signing documents on a tablet by touching the pad doesn't allow you to fully examine the details of the agreement, so be forewarned to be careful and vigilant of what you are signing to purchase.

They are very polite and helpful but their mechanics in the service department need to be trained on working on 2023 Corolla Cross cars. After working on mine for five days I think they know a great deal more than when they started, at least I hope so.

We were very happy with this dealership. We were given honest up- front pricing and unlike other dealerships we had spoken to we were given a discount off MSRP - as opposed to being told there were thousands of dollars added to MSRP for” market adjustments”. The whole buying process went very smoothly. Our sales associate Krystal was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable . She spent a good deal of time with us, making sure we understood all the car’s features. We would definitely give her a five star rating too! We love our new Corolla!

Went in for an oil change on my wife’s car and my truck. We left with a new vehicle. As always I had a great experience dealing with Brandon Martin. My experience has always been top notch with Brandon. You tell him what you’re looking for and what you plan on doing and he knows exactly what it is that you were looking for when you don’t. He doesn’t push you in the direction you don’t want to go he’s not a pushy salesman. Brandon gave me a list of what was on the lot, and told me to come back and see him if I found something that I wanted to test, drive or look at. So far I’ve bought five vehicles from him and he has been this way every time. I highly recommend Brandon Martin if you’re looking for a new vehicle or used.
