No Multi-point Inspection...AGAIN

Brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Oil change appears to have been done, but they wouldn't rotate tires because 2 are close to needing replacement and wouldn't reduce the price for work not done. When the car was ready, I asked about the multi-point inspection and was told the system was down and couldn't produce the document. I've had MANY problems with this dealership not performing the multi-point inspection in the past. When I complained to the manager, he was borderline rude and didn't even care when I said I likely wouldn't return. My husband works for GM or I would never deal with them again and I certainly will not return to this dealership.

Christmas Holiday Emergency Repair

Pulled into Jim Hardman GMC dealership with a mechanical issue on our Cadillac CTS the day before the Christmas Holiday and without an appointment. Within two hours the repair on the problems on two different mechanical issues was completed and I was on my way! And, that includes having to obtain the replacement parts.

My son had a problem with his car that rendered him stranded in the middle of the road to work. I call Jim Hardman and they promptly sent a tow truck, brought the vehicle to the repair shop and got it fixed so that my son was able to go to work the following day. most pleasant car buying experience

I dislike car shopping, so I avoid it by taking care of my cars and keeping vehicles for long terms. the term was up for my 2-seater and an upgrade was necessary. I knew what I wanted, I test drove, I asked questions, got quotes for the lease, and left to ponder. I expected call after call, which is annoying, and I got nary a one. gold star there. being allowed to take time to do this meant that the salesman appreciated my time as well. I called back a few days later, rethinking about a smaller vehicle, got answers over the phone with my salesman, still no pressure, and was invited back to test drive another. the numbers for that one were well within budget, so now i'm driving a fabulous buick with all the features I need, especially more room! I was not pressed to make a hurried deal in the least, which made me feel relaxed and able to make a wise decision about the money I had to spend on something so important. I was given tutorials about the service department, and all the equipment in the car that I was unfamiliar with, and told to call back anytime if I couldn't figure something out.

Absolutely exceptional service. I stopped in for an oil change with only 10 mins until closing on Saturday afternoon. With it being almost closing time I told them I'd just come back another time. The service manager insisted on getting me right in. Excellent customer service!!

Too expensive fuse replacement

I felt i was overcharged for service on a fuse replaced for trailer break light. I was charger over 80 dollars for putting in a fuse. That i felt was excessive.

I can't express enough on how you will have no pressure with pushy salesman tactics or better deals anywhere in GA. I looked for a Denali 2500 for several months in several States until one day I stumbled across a Jim Hardman ad. When I looked they were several thousands lower than any I had come across. I hesitantly called in and Talked with Bob Sierra, he confirmed the deals were real and they had multiple to choose from. Still hesitant, I decided to follow my gut and go see him. Never once was I swarmed or pressured by any sales people or any other person. Long story short, if GMC/Buick followed the standards of Jim Hardman, they would be the number one selling vehicles...hands down. People hate pushy and harassing sales methods. If you want the best prices, no haggles, great experience from sales, finance to management...go see Jim Hardman in Gainesville. Best decision you will make. I love my experience and my new Denali.
