Hennessy Land Rover Gwinnett

I have made two new vehicle purchases from Hennessy Land Rover - and I've recommended them to anyone who was looking for a new car. My sales assoc.(called a "Sales Guide" at Land Rover) was Josh M., and in addition to being very knowledgeable about the line of cars available (even to the point of knowing specific year-to-year small changes on the Range Rover model I first bought), he seemed sincerely concerned with making sure I was completely confident in my decision. Said he'd rather see me go to another manufacturer than make a purchase I ended up regretting. Really friendly, warm people their - and they seem to purposefully a lot of the high pressure, buy the car today kind of sales practices that are common in the business. Josh was great to work with - and the management was equally hands on. Both the Sales Manager (Brian B.) and the General Manger (Kenny W.) went out of their way to spend some time with me and make sure that I knew they were always available if I had any questions/problems. Josh stayed late at the dealership for me once, and acted like it was no big deal, but it was a Saturday night and I'm sure he had something better to do. Anyway - just a really nice place to buy a car from, or just go window shopping . So comfortable that I literally fell asleep on a couch in front of big tv waiting for my wife to meet me there.

After 6 hours of negotiating and a written contract to purchase including deposit info and buying a flight (required by dealer to be in person) they sold the vehicle hours later to another local buyer who offered more and left me stranded AND with no reimbursement for expenses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHAIN OF DEALERSHIPS WHO CLAIMS TO BE "FAMILY RUN AND FRIENDLY". I EVEN CONTACTED THE BBB FOR THESE CROOKED SALES TACTICS... ***BEWARE!!!
