This is my second time at this dealership for service. I love the video they send with any recommended changes. Both times, my tech didn’t recommend any additional services which is not typical for a car dealership. Other places always seem to find some way to spend your money. Not this dealership! I also love that they send a car to take you to/from the neighboring eateries while you wait and they clean your car. Today, they even changed my car remote battery without me asking. Top notch service here.

The sales guy - Damon White - the manager and the Finance guy Claud were ALL fantastic. They were welcoming and professional but all were willing to laugh and be lighthearted.

Service Department is Horrible!! It took 7-1/2 hours to get my 2001 A5 with 1800 miles back to me. Promises were made and not done. Never will I go back there for anything.

Audi Gwinnett is hands down the best in service across the board. We’ve had four Audi vehicles since 2013 different models but every time we need anything addressed they make it happen for us. Josh the Manager always advocates for us and Our service advisor never steers us wrong. They are just simply doing their jobs but they are simply great people which are hard to find in world. Failure to Make Repairs within Promised Time

While the dealership did provide a loaner car to me for the estimated 3-day repair period (yes, much appreciated), the service rep was poor in communicating progress of the repair. On the 3rd day not hearing from the service rep from whom I was awaiting an estimate, I showed up at the dealership and learned that my car hadn’t been touched in 3 days. Apparently my work ticket took a lower priority as was explained to me. This was not acceptable and I took my car home without the repair. I will seek the repair from another Audi dealership. Not exactly how the service center should be run under a luxury car brand or any brand for that matter.

I had a fabulous buying experience with Audi Gwinnett from start to finish. I saw the car I wanted online, reached out, and my salesman Damon contacted me. Damon was attentive, personable, and customer service driven. He responded quickly and professionally, answering my questions and providing the requested numbers. He even came in on his day off to meet with me and, in turn, closed the deal. Audi staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car here.
