Please heed this warning. Unethical business!!!

I cannot stress enough to anyone considering buying from here to avoid this place. This isn’t just one review in a pile of “decent ones” that you should ignore because I am “bitter”. This is a review of incredibly distressing circumstances. We found a vehicle in our price range with the features we wanted, on the test drive we discussed issues we found and were told with such ease and positiveness that those problems would “obviously have to be fixed before selling” and would be written into our agreement. We sat down and were presented with a price; it was a couple thousand dollars more than what would make sense given title, tag, etc factored. This included three different “fees” that were basically a way to jack up the price. So at this point we needed to “talk them down” on their price, which is basically just a backwards sales gimmick to make you feel and think you just worked with the dealer to “get a deal” after arguing away these absurd unnecessary "fees". By the time we argued back and forth for TWO HOURS we were a the ASKING PRICE of the vehicle, PLUS taxes and tag as well as a BS dealer fee they refused to drop. To add insult they told us since they had “come down on the price” that we would not be given the mechanic fixes we needed/were promised on the test drive, but insisted we didn’t need an inspection nor do we need the repairs because we were getting a warranty that fully covered the vehicle. They then wrote the contract and left out the necessary fixes they promised during the test drive. They refused to give us the details on the warranty that they assured us would cover these issues. We discussed the price of the vehicle and considered the repair costs, again we still beat other vans in the market. So against our better judgement after all their shady high pressure sales tactics, we went with this vehicle (horrible choice on our part). The signing chapter of our story was botched too...they did not understand their own paperwork half the time, and the other half they tried to cover up the true meaning of the wording of their contracts by talking in circles and attempting to be confusing, distracting, and quick. More red flags we foolishly ignored due to finding the amenities and price we had searched for a long time at that point. We scheduled the inspection immediately after purchasing so we could get the repairs done with the short term warranty they “purchased” for us. We find out at that point a few more disturbing things. The vehicle is rusted beyond repair and had a shady attempt at covering it up. Not only would the warranty not cover this, it was sold with knowledge considering the cover up job on it. Ironically the mechanic we took the vehicle to knew of the dealership (we will leave this information out, but trust us when we say it is NOT good information from "behind the scenes" so to speak), which only confirmed our suspicions on the business ethics of this dealership. To avoid going back to the place we had HORRIBLE customer service and shady business dealings we decided to trade the vehicle in, take the loss, and buy new. After trading this in, a few weeks later, we find out that the vehicle had no title. They never registered it. We had this vehicle in our possession for 8 weeks at this point. Fortunately we caught on to this because we traded in the vehicle, who knows how this would have unfolded given the situation were different and we kept the garbage vehicle. We also remember being told when we were leaving that "sometimes the DMV holds up the tags, so we will probably have to apply for an extension". Which only shows us this is a known business practice for this place, hindsight this is a major red flag. We personally call the DMV to see what is happening. Not only did this dealership NOT apply for a title, they also CANCELLED the temporary tag we were driving with, and backdated the cancellation for the day of purchase. This was done to avoid paying a late fee since they did not submit for registration on time, assuming so given they seem to only care for their money and well being. So we "purchased" a vehicle with severe rust damage, with no title, and a cancelled temporary tag. I cannot stress to you enough to avoid this place. The amount of information that was not included in this review would only further drive in this point. The lack of concern or returned calls, plus the childish games of "people being out of the office" should be enough to not give them your business. I have contacted the proper authorities over this matter and really hope to save people from enduring any kind of hassle this business conjures up. I am not a "sour" person enjoying this drama like some reviewers may seem, I sincerely hope this warning is heeded.
