First let me say Ron goss my representative was great. Very knwoknowledge on the vehicles , kind,funny and just a overall nice guy. He consideration on me as a customer and my needs were impressive. Not only did I get the car I wanted with all the bells whistles and factory warranty the price was crazy. You will not get a better deal elsewhere. They are truly trying to put you in a vehicle and thru give you everything you need to know about the car. I even took my vehicle to kia delaership and had it inspected fully out of pocket and it came back with just a recall that the fixed on the spot. I love my car 2014 kia optima fully loaded with only 48,000miles... And let me just say I was able to pay cash . That's how great the prices are like bluebook value prices.. HAPPY shopping FYI and it's hard to sell me anything but he did it. Thanks Ron!!.😁

Bought my vehicle in December and paid cash. At the time of this review, 4 months after the transaction, I still have not received my title. I have called numerous times with no significant response or follow up from the owner or the processor, Christie, as to where the title is and what they are doing to rectify the situation. They never return calls when they say they will and it is almost impossible to speak with someone besides a sales person, who doesn't care because you are not buying a car. I am ready to start legal proceedings . Do not visit this dealership

Aside from products and missing people, I don't ask you guys to share much. However, I NEED you to share this especially with it being tax season AND, people tend to buy cars this time of year. My son purchased a vehicle LAST YEAR in October from Evolution Cars at 2014 Iris Drive in Conyers, GA. He took a check from his credit union to this dealership for the amount of the purchase. To date, we have NOT been able to get a tag, nor does the credit union have the title to this vehicle because of a wrong V.I.N. We were told to call the police to verify the V.I.N. and have them fill out a form. We did that. Still no tag. The credit union has called numerous times and been given excuse after excuse, and still no tag. Today I called, and was told more lies and threatened to be hung up on...y'all already know that didn't happen. On top of it all, the vehicle has numerous electrical issues where the dealership has rigged the wiring, AND my son has been pulled over TWICE due to these issues. We all know about the climate of the police pulling over young, black men. The legal department of the credit union has stepped in, but I want to save somebody else the trouble. Evolution Cars in Conyers DOES NOT deserve your business. PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE.

DONT TRUST THEM

My husband bought a truck from here a month or two ago. After about a week we discovered all sorts of problems. We have had to pay over $1000 to fix issues with this truck that we were told was in working order. The brakes were at 3%, there have been electrical problems where the truck just randomly shuts off, and the AC doesnt work at ALL. Really disappointed that they told us that this truck was in great condition. Shame on you!!

First vibe of this place is friendly and lot is full of toys. They have an amazing selection of inventory. This place is not like random Used Car spot, They have all departments like a Big Dealership, As a customer that made me very comfortable. I had a We-owe on a small thing and Luis service manager help me take care of issue with great communication and timely manner.

Horrible Customer Service

After purchasing a car from this dealership, I had to deal with many inconveniences. First of all, the car I was sold did not come with an emissions report what so ever. Christy in the tag department is the biggest joke at this location. Took her over two months to get my tag information to the county and listed me as a Business rather than individual, so after two months of not receiving my tag, I know have to wait a third month. Norval, who appears to be in charge has seemingly lost control and is unable to establish a professional environment to purchase a car.

Hello all, I’m never the one to write a review but for this to be my first car purchase I was taking mental note from the moment my wife and I drove onto the lot. The great experience really started over the phone, there was no delay in answering my call and the rep Martin even went on foot to check the car I was calling in for. On top of that he texted me a live picture of the vehicle while I was in route! When we parked we were approached and greeted, there was no sense of pushing for a sale, they pointed us the direction of the vehicle I called in for and also let us walk the lot to explore other options before we test drove. When I was ready to test drive he simply handed me the key and as I waited for him to get in but he insisted my wife and I drive the vehicle by ourselves! I’ve never heard of this before but remember this was my first car buying experience so it blew my mind. When we got back he made sure we were satisfied and questioned us about everything down to the Carfax to make sure we weren’t overlooking anything! From there we filled out easy paperwork and Martin did his due diligence and consulted with the Evolution team to ensure I got the best deal from the lenders. He thoroughly discussed all options and details, it was almost too good to be true so much so my wife and I were confused the process was going so smoothly. From Martin’s desk we wrapped up the paperwork in Bobby’s office and once again he was thorough in explaining each paper I signed. The entire process from driving into lot and leaving with my new car was about 1 hour and a half if that, I’m absolutely grateful for everyone’s genuine advice and most importantly making this experience the best my wife and I have had with purchasing a vehicle. Darrick was awesome! Very helpful and personable. Was very welcoming and accommodating when it came time to negotiate! We found a car online that was priced very well, however, when we arrived to the lot we found another vehicle that was actually more and worked out a deal! We had to drive an hour and a half to get to this dealer, but the drive was more than worth it! Highly recommend this dealer and our salesman, Darrick.
