RIVERTOWN FORD SERVICE

I went in for an oil change. Later after the mechanic completed a multi-point inspection, I was told I needed to replace my battery (for a low reading) and have the battery system reset. This would have been an additional $325. I refused the service and checked my battery. My battery was good with a reading of 13+ volts. Every time I go in to have my oil changed a different mechanic is coming with what I need to have repaired. No mechanic has ever said what the prior mechanic found. As if the "problem" was magically fixed.

I’ve been coming there since 2019 and get my DEF refilled every time my truck is serviced this time the rep as well as the manager stated it was not apart of my plan however the plan she gave me a copy of clearly stated it is apart of it.

Ford Transit 250 Oil change

Was visit this location for Oil change on my 2023 Ford Transit 250 cargo van, after service drove few miles start coming some buzzy noise from engine! After driving 350 miles, I have determined the cause of the noise! air filter box cover was not closed as needed! and red cap cover from +jump connecting point disappeared! Never back for service to this location!

My advisor was Kassie Layton and she was on point! she stayed in touch with me every step of the way and was incredibly attentive and responsive about any questions i had.
