Amazing service!

Everyone at the dealership are so nice specially Ryan and Erin. Ryan’s knows what he does ! He knows the process and cars details so well! I had a lot of questions and he always responded kindly and fast. Both helped me to get the best car and credit options, and they offer follow up attention in case any doubts.

Good Priduct

Was given time and got text with different fime to appear but dealership had me in 2:00 p.m. rather than 10:30 am serviced the car and got me on my way with no charge as I only had 20,000 miles on vehicle. It did take hour and 40 minutes but no charge was worth extra time.

Expensive Maintenance

I took my 2018 Tiguan into the dealer for brake work. Ended up being over $1100 for routine maintenance on a 5 year old car. Price originally quoted as $950, then $970, then I was told $1107 at checkout because of "shop supplies"...

Tiguan 2020 sunglass case replacement, roof console repair

Service tech was professional, friendly and efficient. However, the repair is missing a part. Not noticeable since it is on the back/windshield side of the roof console but somewhat disconcerting since expensive repair.

Dash rattle – This issue only!

Dash rattle that has driven me crazy did not get fixed or addressed seriously. A brush in the glove box. What? You can't be serious. No charge, but no results = unhappy VW Passat owner. Otherwise, you can't beat a VW for quality. I prefer the ones built in Wolfsburg, but I'm not sure what's rolling off the line over there any more.

Big difference in service I receive from this dealership compared to the one where I purchased my vehicle. I prefer this location as it is not overcrowded and everyone that works there is super friendly. If you get your car serviced there, ask for Matthew ...very knowledgeable guy.

Very Misleading

On April 5, 2023 I visited the service center to get my Audi A7 serviced, as I am new to the area and I have always taken my car to Audi. I was told, they were able to perform routine servicing on Audis and an appointment was made for the following day. On April 6, 2023, I was told the vehicle was serviced. At this point, I was told EVERYTHING was fine and I was "good to go". On 4/23/2023, I was at a red light and my vehicle cut off. I had it towed to the same Volkswagen, and was told I needed a battery and brakes. At this point I was a little defensive as my car had just been "allegedly serviced". My reply was, "if I need brakes now, then I needed them 2 weeks ago when my car was serviced". I purchased the battery ( to find out later, I did not need to), and exactly 4 days after, my car stopped at another red light and would not restart. My vehicle was towed back to the same Volkswagen. I received a call and was told My car would not start, they tried to jump it, they did not know what was wrong with it, and they did not have the capability to run a diagnostic. At this point, I was even more confused as I had just had my car serviced and was told EVERYTHING was fine! I disconnected the call, as I needed face to face interaction. I arrived at Volkswagen, and was greeted as the lady who drives the Black Audi. I spoke with the employee at the front desk and was informed that they did not know what was wrong with my vehicle, as they were not able to run diagnostic. I was confused and informed him they just serviced my car, and everything was fine. I was told, they do not service Audi's and he did not know why I was told that. This left me feeling violated and confused. Keep in mind as I was there, I saw 2 Audi's pull up to get serviced. After this point, I asked for my keys and had my vehicle towed to another servicing location. where they were easily able to diagnose my vehicle and I was told I needed a starter. After being scammed and having my time wasted I will not be using this shop ever again. Nor will I be recommending them to anyone in the future. I DID NOT NEED A BATTERY. I learned MY CAR WILL TELL ME WHEN A BATTERY IS NEEDED!!!!! 1500 dollars later to fix what VOLKSWAGEN BROKE!
