Who knew I wanted an Ioniq!?

I had been researching plug-in hybrids for a year and was never happy with my options. Nigel turned me onto the Ioniq 5, and it was the perfect car for me. I love all the options and extras on the limited version. The technology in this car is outstanding. Nigel gave us superb service both during and after the sale. He has also been patient and helpful in answering all my texts as I transitioned to an electric driver. Just about everyone I’ve encountered at AutoNation Hyundai Columbus has been helpful each time I come to charge. I would highly recommend AutoNation Hyundai Columbus!

Brakes and Rotors

I called a couple of days before to set appointment to have brakes and Rotors looked at because there was a grinding noise and ruff slowing down when I used my brakes. Appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning at 8 am. Dropped off my car within an hour a notification was sent and picture letting me know my front brakes and Rotors needed replaced. Called to give my consent on repairs was completed in a couple of hours.

Great Service Advisor Equals Great Auto Service

My service advisor is Courtney at AutoNation Hyundai. She always makes sure that my nephew's 2017 Hyundai Accent gets the best service. Last month his catalytic converter on his car needed to be replaced. He only had 1 day a week that he could bring it for to replace, and Courtney made sure that everything was taken care of the same day. The car drives great because we always check it in with Courtney when it needs service. Great service starts with a Great Service Advisor.
