Best experience I’ve ever had in buying a car Tim is the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with and his knowledge and honesty is very appreciated never dealt with a sales person that would come in on his off day because it was convenient for me and then make sure I got the best deal possible his manager Chasen is also a great example of leadership I’ll never buy from anyone else but Tim and Chasen at Mike Bell Chevrolet thank you again y’all are what car buying should be

Had unexpected car troubles went in without appointment they were able to look at my car and tell me the problem. Had to leave it but had me going again ASAP. We did not purchase our vehicle from them but the way we have been treated by the service department any future purchases will be from them.

Service men are very friendly and polite. Took my vehicle, did what needed to be done quickly. Was not a free service but we like for them to do routine maintenance on our vehicles.

My husband went to Mike Bell Chevrolet to have the oil changed in our 2006 HHR LT. A salesman asked him about upgrading to a 2009. My husband told him only if it was a "clone" of the 2006 because loved the vehicle. The salesman said he could. My husband and I are senior citizens and realize we are old enough to know the wisdom of reading every word on a paper. We, however, trusted the salesman. When we got home and realized we were sold an LS not an LT, we called and e-mailed the dealership. When we did not receive a response, we wrote to the dealership as well as to General Motors. Mike Bell Chevrolet's offer was to change the letters on the vehicle from LS to LT. That did not change the vehicle! We acknowledged we should not have trusted the salesman, and offered to pay the $2000 difference to get the LT. We were told the LS had depreciated (in one week) and they would not make the deal. I am contacting General Motors, the U.S. Congress, the Better Business Bureau, President Obama and quite a number of others. May others learn from our mistake and read every word on the papers.
