I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience as I did at Prater Ford. The salesman was nice, true to his word, and quite entertaining to talk to. And when he said he wouldn't waste our time, he wasn't lying. We were in and out in under an hour. My 10 year old daughter didn't even have time to start complaining that she was bored! My new 2013 Ford Escape is everything I wanted. It has so many advanced options and safety features I was looking for. The salesman even linked my phone to the car for me before we drove off the lot. I couldn't have asked for an easier, speedier, or friendlier shopping experience.
