It was a lil sketchy at first but we figured everything out that I was trying to let them know that was going on with the car and the reason why I brung my car there um but after that they fixed it and I was very satisfied

Ground Control - We have a problem!

On a recent trip to Pennsylvania in my 2008 Corvette, I lost the Satellite receiver in my car, and the CD player ate my best Led Zeppelin CD. The folks at Vaden did their best to get these issues corrected in a timely and efficient manner.

I brought my Cadillac in for an oil change. My service advisor Jason was pleasant. The service team was professional. Every time I go to Dan Vaden in Brunswick I am pleased. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Keep up the great work!!

Great experience, better than expected!

They got me in quick without an appointment and provided a loaner car while my car got fixed. They stayed in contact with me giving me updates and my final bill was less than expected. Great experience, I even bought a new car from them a week later.

Terrible Service Experience

My recent series of service visits began on Jun 5, 2015 when my wife dropped off her car to have a "Service Traction Control" light problem diagnosed and she also told them about a "whining" noise while driving, particularly in a turn. The left front hub was replaced to correct the "hum" and traction control sensor, to the tune of over $500. I picked up the car to make sure the problems were resolved but when I was leaving I still heard the loud whining as I turned through the parking lot, I immediately returned to the service dept. My invoice stated, "test drove, ok at this time". I was told that the whining was corrected by the hub replacement and it was evident that it was not. I was now told that the whining was from a bad power steering pump, whining got louder while turning. I turned my complaint of why I was told the car was repaired when it clearly was not over to the service manager. Our ensuing discussion lead to the agreement that I would pay for a new power steering pump and he will take care of the labor. I returned on June 9, 2015 to have the power steering pump replaced. I was flabbergasted when I learned that I was charged $160 for the pump, cleaner, and fluid. I researched the night before and found a power steering pump at NAPA auto parts for around $60, this included the fluid reservoir. Again, I paid just to get my car back and hoping all the problems were now solved. Within a few days my wife and I started to hear the whining again while driving, particularly in a turn. On June 30, 2015 I returned to the service department because the traction control light had come on again and the whining noise was back. I also told the service technician about the clear fluids I noticed on the garage floor where we park the car. They found that there was air still in the pump so they flushed the power steering fluid to remove the air. There were no codes stored for the traction control light, could not duplicate my concern - ok. All work done under warranty this time. On Aug 3, 2015 I called to make an appointment because I had been noticing clear fluids leaking from the car again, whining noise while turning, and the day before my wife said the power steering went out on her, the car became very hard to turn. I was given an appointment time of 8:30 am on Aug 4, 2015. I dropped the car off the night before since my wife had to be to work early on Aug 4. When I hadn't heard anything from the service dept by 4:00 pm I called to inquire about the status of my car. I was told that they had not gotten to it yet and that they should know something first thing in the morning, I couldn't understand why if I had an appointment that it would take more than 24 hours to at least get a diagnosis of the problem. On Aug 5 the service technician called at 8:50 am and told me that a spring clamp to one of the power steering hoses was stretched and they replaced it with a normal hose clamp, car was ready to be picked up. On the morning of Aug 6, 2015 my wife pulled out of the garage to go to work and I noticed another large puddle of clear fluid again on the garage floor. I was not happy that the problem still had not been resolved! I had my wife bring her car to the service garage on her lunch. The service technician said that he will have it looked at right away and let me know what the technician finds. At around 3:40 pm that afternoon the service technician calls to inform me that the power steering reservoir had a hair line crack and that is where the fluid is leaking from. He proceeded to inform me that it will cost $460 to replace the reservoir, I was floored! He also told me that when they replaced the power steering pump that they did not replace the reservoir, just reused my old one (mind you, the car is 10 yrs old). When I was looking for power steering pumps I had noticed that there was only a few dollars difference between the ones with a reservoir and ones without. When I got to the service department the service technician stated that the reservoir costs $203 and the rest was for labor and other costs, totally unacceptable to me! He also stated that he presented the situation to the service manager and he was not willing to do anything for me. The service technician did state that he could offer some help but I would still be out over another $370, still unacceptable! I am livid and furious over this whole situation, multiple visits to chase and try to correct an ongoing problem without any permanent, lasting resolve or fix. I took my car home without paying the service dept one more dime to "tinker" with my car at outrageous expenses, particularly after paying for what I thought should have been fixed right the FIRST time.

Shady, shifty, rude and fast talking.

Roger was my salesman. He was great. The sales manager on the other hand was a rude crude individual. I was misled from the beginning. The truck I was purchasing was listed with 22k miles. It was on car fax as such. But when I got in it, it had 27k on it. It was reported on 11/14/2014 to car fax with 22k. I bought it on December 19. Over 5k miles was put on it and all they said was that it was a typo. Found out that was a lie. There were nails in my tire from their construction. Trash and crud in the bed of the truck, and the interior reeked of wet dog. Also, I found out the truck was wrecked and it was not brought to my attention. They hid that fact. So when I addressed all these problems to the sales manager here in Brunswick, Ga., he told me in a seriously rude and condescending tone that he would undo the deal if I wasn't happy. I need this truck for work, and he knew that. I was just asking for a break in price or just give me that $500 promotion for new sales. He stated "I'm not going to do anything for you. I can't. I won't. So, in short, I was sold a 2014 lemon and And get staff here don't care to help a customer be happy. They lied. They deceived me and they are not customer focused. Im sitting here in the lobby of this dealership now, and am getting the brush off treatment. Lord only knows how long I have to wait to get my truck back. Again, Roger McClain and Marina Herrin were the only ones who treated me right here.
