The people at Pioneer Ford are worth the trip alone. But add the best vehicle choices, the best service, and did I mention the best people ;-) and you will likely use them for all of your vehicle needs. No pressure, good Ole handshakes, and it felt like I was just visiting family; not buying a truck.

Ford Mach e x from Pioneer Ford

Very pleased with our new 21 Ford Mach e x. We made the purchase from Pioneer Ford in Bremen, GA. The entire staff could not have been more supportive in the purchase process. Kudos to our salesperson, Heather who ably assisted us with the purchase, taking delivery and answering questions afterwards. As to the Mach e x.The ride is comfy. Charging is easy. Lots of features to learn. We take them one step at a time. The interior is spacious for passengers and there is plenty of storage space between the rear cargo area and the frunk. We are proud to be part of the electric pony nation!

I always go to Pioneer Ford to have my oil changes done. Last time they told me my cabin air filter needed changing for 69.99. I said no thanks and haven’t changed it since then. This visit I got a green check for the cabin air filter. Which one is it?? Sounds suspicious and shady to me. I’m glad I didn’t agree to the 69.99 charge that visit. 🤥

2011 ford edge

overall the work was performed satisfactory. One complaint is that we had a 0730 appointment and car was not ready until after 3 pm. ( scheduled oil change) When asked why not ready they said they were really busy. I skipped the car wash due to being so late with return of car. I've bought and had service on 4 different cars but never in that time fashion.

Bought the tire and wheel package when I bought my car AT pioneer ford, yet when I bent my rim on a pothole and a tire that would no longer hold air, they “looked” at it and said it wasn’t “messed up enough” to replace. What in the world does that even mean?? Then we told them about this ticking noise the engine was making and they said there we no codes on diagnostics (well duh, I knew there was no code or light on) YET THERE IS STILL A TICKING NOISE. With all that being said, I called Ford directly and they apologized profusely and started a claim for me to take it to any dealership, Ford or otherwise and it definitely WON’T be Pioneer Ford in Bremen

My experience with Pioneer Ford has been nothing but a good experience, from the day I purchased my Ford Edge and the first service (oil change). I was going on a trip so I called to set up an appointment for my oil change. I asked if they possibly could service my car that day and they told me to bring it at my convenience. Within 2 hours my car had been serviced and cleaned inside and out. This may sound funny but I look forward to having my next service. These people are doing everything possible to make me a happy customer and they are doing a n excellent job.
