Wonderful people!!

by RWaters on 05/18/2019

I recently purchased a new 2018 Jeep JL from Jason, at James Oneal. I was recommended by a former sales person from the store Jeremy Brown. He hooked me up with Justin the manager, who in turn got me in touch with Jason. This is the second Jeep I have bought from them. Both times I did not think I would be able to get into the vehicle I wanted. However both times I was able to get the payment I needed. Jason was wonderful and worked late helping me out. You could not ask for more helpful people. Thank you all so much again.

This place is so unprofessional its not even funny! They tried their best to get me to buy a car i could not afford after telling me i wasnt approved for the cheaper used car i was interested in. They said bank didnt approve me for a $7500 car which i wanted but did approve me for a new $17,000 car or even a higher amount. Who does that? then had the nerve to email me after all that with recommended cars for me with the $7500 car that I wanted that i wasnt approved for at the top of the list lol! wouldn't even let me look at it on the lot that day, I didn't even see it! please shop elsewhere.

Wow!

I bought a new 2019 Dodge Challenger 2 weeks ago. First vehicle I ever bought that they didn’t fill up with gas. On the way home the rear end intermittingly made roaring noise. The stereo volume goes up and down. I called three days later to ask to bring it in and was told they would have to make me an appointment. Took the vehicle back the following week and was told the stereo would have to be switched from am to fm to reset it each time it failed and that Dodge was working on a fix for it but until then I have to tolerate it. The customer service lady said this was a known problem on this vehicle, but they didn’t offer to say that before I spent 34,000 dollars. The mechanic said that he drove the car and never heard the rear end roaring, so I needed to drive it 1000 miles and see if it continued, then bring it back. When I left the dealership from picking the car up, it was doing the same thing. I drove the vehicle home dirty the day I bought it because it was late when I picked it up. The salesman said they would owe me a cleanup. Called them a few days later and was told they had one clean up guy and wasn’t sure when it could be cleaned up. When I took it in for mechanical problems they did wash the vehicle, but did not fuel it up. If fact, they did the testing on my gas and didn’t add any to it at all. I am terribly shocked at the lack of concern, and will never buy from here again, and will be diligent to spread the news of the service to be expected here. Next step is to try to go directly through Dodge.

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP

by Ken-F on 05/27/2017

I bought a four year old Ram 3500 from these guys, very bad mistake. The truck had many hidden undisclosed issues when I bought it. These guys supposedly had thoroughly inspected this truck prior to my arrival from Florida to purchase it. I arrived late in the day to test drive and purchase the truck. Before I left, the salesman gave me a light check and told me everything was good to go. In actuality, the tag light weren't working not because the bulbs were burned out but because the connectors and harness weren't even there. There was a rats nest of homemade wiring hidden under the spare tire from the bed being replaced with the wrong year that the tail light harnesses were incompatible on. I discovered this after I got back to Florida along with the 4wd would not engage. After taking it to my Florida dealership, they told me there was about 5 oz of oil in it and it had to be replaced. The GM, Steven O'Neal admitted knowing about this truck but claimed he didn't know it was on his retail lot. He offered me a peanuts settlement or to buy the vehicle back at a depreciated rate, I declined both. The moral of this story: DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH A USED VEHICLE, THEY ARE DISHONEST FROM THE TOP DOWN!! GET ANY USED VEHICLE INSPECTED BY A THIRD PARTY.
