2023 Chevy Silverado RST - Athens Chevy

Started my new vehicle journey a little early, but Chris made the phone calls even though i was not ready to purchase yet. Finally got up with Jacob at dealership to start the purchasing process. We had a small hiccup as the internet went down and we were unable to proceed that day. Came back the following day worked with Adam to finish up my purchase. Overall a great experience with Athens Chevy and I will return when its time to purchase another truck. Thank you all!! Great Job!!

Well I paid 600 dollars for them to fix a plug that a rat chewed and when they got done I still see bare wires sticking out from harness not good, then my oil cooler line busted which was under my warranty think god but they didn’t run the line right so I have to go back and make another appointment, so yes half ass job both times

C6 Corvette - nightmare

Not good at all. Simple front end repair from a minor nose collision took almost 3 months. I waited for 2 months for a single headlight! Then you call and say she's ready to go. All checked out, re-aligned, etc. I can't even get it home from the dealership and I hear a bad noise coming from the right front. I take it back in and you discover the front hub bearing has suddenly chosen that moment to fail. $750 later and I get the vehicle home only to have a piece of nose trim fall off in my driveway. Again, return to the dealer for repair. A few months earlier I had another noise coming from the rear that turned out to be a torque tube bearing. So, GM's flagship sportscar can't make it 60k easy miles without falling apart. Geez! I'm losing faith fast!

I had a very good experience with my purchase and dealings with Athens Chevrolet. I have made many car purchases and this was a smooth and quick deal. We were able to meet each others needs and wants in this transaction. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable of the truck and help me to set up all the features. The finance officer was most helpful in securing a loan that fit my budget. I never felt pushed or pressured in my dealings.

Had a great experience with our sales associate Kevin. Kevin was very patient and helpful throughout our entire process. Definitely felt he had our best interest in mind. Not pushy to make a quick sale. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience buying a car at Chevrolet Athens. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. We live in Woodstock Ga and it was definitely worth making the trip to Athens.

We were in need of an SUV to replace an older one. It came down to a Yukon or a Tahoe and we got better pricing and far better service at Athens Chevrolet. The salesman spent plenty of time making sure understood every feature including the Onstar and XM radio setup. We also got a better price than any of the large metro dealers. We could not be more pleased. The owner of the dealer even made time to make sure we were happy. Simply the best

This work was mostly straight-forward and done just fine. No surprises, but the service dept did identify brakes that needed work. Brakes are important and I am glad that they are alert enough to keep my vehicle safe and working properly.
