Friendly salesman (William Jenkins), great prices. No pressure and did not attempt to up-sell. Offered a price right at KBB trade-in for our vehicle.

Negotiations were easy and straight forward. I do feel like I was able to explain what financial situation I needed to be in to make a deal and that it wasn't crushing to me if that deal did not work out. After the negotiations, Randy and Andy both were extremely helpful. Once I left the dealership I noticed the truck I purchased did not have a trailer hitch on it as we had discussed in the negotiations. After contacting Randy about this over the weekend, I came in the following Monday to a welcoming, helpful atmosphere. Randy, Andy, and Dwayne all pulled together to set me up with a rental car and take my truck to dealer options to get a hitch installed with no charge to me. It was refreshing that with no hassle, your sales team stuck to their word on the negotiations of the deal.

The dealership has a knowledgeable and attentive staff. They were also willing to truly negotiate somewhat via telephone, which most dealerships are unwilling to do. Their prices could be lower.

The salesman took his time with me. I met him the day before in the rain and he didn't hesitate to walk around to show me the cars. He went above and beyond his job; going in and out seeking the correct information and then I walked away. No rush job. I returned the next business day and found my salesman. And purchased my new car

Like many other shoppers, I did research online before sending an e-mail to Milton Reuben. I received a prompt response from Kelton Hayes and we set up a time for my wife and me to come to the dealership to look at and test drive the RAV4 we were interested in. Kelton had the car ready for us and gave us a good explanation of its features and operation. He was up front and clear about the price, which was right in line with what I expected to pay. We decided to buy the car and began the paperwork. We went to see Mr. Jiminez in finance and he also was clear about everything and a pleasure to work with. When we left Kelton gave us his card and said for us to call or come by anytime we had any questions at all about the Rav4. He even sent the car back to be vacuumed out because he did not think it was clean enough. It was completely stress free. Randy was excellent. We knew exactly what we wanted before we went it. He listened to us and took us right to the vehicle. We told Randy what kinda of trade we were looking at and he got us in the ball park. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Every customer who came in was greeted professionally. There was literally no waiting from sales to finance to driving off the lot.

The salesman, Tracy Reddick was fantastic! They did not have a white Tundra on the lot but he went the extra mile to locate the exact truck he wanted. When my husband found a dent on the truck the sales manager made arrangements to have it repaired and put him in a rental until the repair is completed. Tracy was respectful, courteous and professional. We will definitely be sending friends and family who are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
