Service at Mercedes Benz Of Augusta is always excellent. The service advisors I have worked with over the last 18 years have all been very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. The current Service Manager Tyrone Price was the advisor I worked with for many years. Tyrone.set the standard for.all.to follow. I can't say enough.ppsitive about him. My current Service advisor carrys on the standard. He is polite, helpful, professional, friendly, and responsive. The service work I have received over the years has always been top quality and it continues in that vain. The service dealership is spotless, comfortable. and a very pleasant place to wait for your vehicle.

He was very courteous, and efficient in seeing that my request for a loaner car was provided while my service A oil change was performed as well as a courtesy car wash! Wiper Replacement

The time for this simple service was excellent, especially given the high volume of customers being serviced. The only reason for not giving the 5th star is that no recommendation was made for the wipers to be replaced on my annual service. They don’t dry rot in a couple of months.

Great customer service. I took my car in for a noise I was having for a couple of days and let me just say the customer service was absolutely the best. They took care of the problem and I was truly happy. They also sent out texts throughout the visit to keep me posted.

Service Rep Sullivan effectively coordinated the identification and repair of the problem with my car. He explained how to schedule the MB towing service. This was, fortunately, the first time I had to use this service. All American Logistics and Towing responded promptly, keeping me informed at each step in the process.

Worst Mercedes dealership in Augusta Georgia

Terrible, very unprofessional, very disrespectful, don't honor their word, their work was poor quality, they put others ahead of others its not first come first serve. I was looking to buy another Mercedes because the cars are great cars but this experience I had at the dealership in Augusta has changed my thoughts may go with BMW not sure.

Will kept me informed on the status of the car and was totally honest regarding the condition of the car before I bought it. The most impressive thing was that I found a minor issue with the car after I got it home and I called Will the next day annd he agreed to fix the issue, no questions asked.
