Since 1998 I have purchased 8 new Lexus automobiles from Hennessy Lexus in Atlanta. Bob Smithson has been my sales representative on all these purchases and Tim Halloran my service manager on all purchases. Both these gentleman are professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They represent a very high standard in the automobile business and I plan to continue my relationship with them and Hennessy for future purchases.

Hennessy Lexus it's one of the best dealerships that I have ever dealt with. The caliber of their sales people and service department is by far better then any dealership you will find in Atlanta or probably the USA. 16 years of dealing with Hennessey has me convinced they are the best!

Best car buying experience ever

I went into Hennessy Lexus on a whim to look at the new SUV's. I was met by Jeff Culbreth and instantly knew this was going to be a great process. Jeff was very warm, easy going, and quite knowledgeable about Lexus. By the end of the day I drove off in my new 2016 Lexus RX 350. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience from everyone I encountered at Hennessy Lexus and absolutely love my new car.

The Perfect Salesman

I came to buy a low-mileage, gently used Lexus and trade my beloved, but aging Camry Hybrid. Lou Malikian showed me the new models, at my request--for comparison, so that I could decide on a sedan vs an SUV. Then he looked through the list of available pre-owned ES 350s. Only one fit my color choices. It hadn't even been cleaned yet, but I liked the look. I took a test drive and was hooked. We negotiated the sale to my satisfaction. I expressed my disappointment that the tires were much more worn than my trade-in. Well, the next day I picked my "new-to-me" sedan and--new nitrogen tires were on it. Lou patiently explained the electronics, hooked my iPhone to Bluetooth and told me to call him anytime. He was patient, well-informed and got me exactly what I wanted. It was the most pleasant and relaxed car-buying for me ever, and at 82 I've bought many cars, both old and new and for my children; both online and privately and at dealers.

We had a very good experience with Chip at Hennessey Lexus in Atlanta. Not only did Chip make the process so smooth and comfortable he accommodated us on a very short notice. Both My husband and I have been driving Lexus for over 15 years and love it. Chip is not your "typical" car salesman but instead a true real professional/

Peter Hennessey takes pride in knowing his customers are happy. He has gone above and beyond for me on this new car purchase (2014 RX hybrid) as well as helping me after the sale on 2 prior purchases. Its is rare to see a owner that is hands on ( when needed) at a dealership.

I recently purchased a new RX350 from Hennessy Atlanta. We were looking for a specific set of options and color, but there was no match anwhere in GA. Hennessy located one in Mobile, AL and had it brought here within 3 days. Our salesman was extremely courteous and responsive from the very first phone contact, and we had a very good feeling about working with this dealership. He quoted a very competitive price over the phone before we even met, and they got the car for us without any advance commitment. Based on our excellent experience, I would highlty recommend Hennessy to all Lexus buyers.

The most pleasant buying experience EVER

I recently purchased a 2011 IS250 from Hennessy Lexus on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Atlanta. My experience was the most pleasant i've ever had when purchasing a vehicle (i've made three purchases in the past 4 years) I requested quotes from dealers online and the associate from Hennessy was the only one to respond by email as I requested. I expressed to him the vehicle and features I was looking for and we arranged for a test drive. After the test drive we continued to correspond by email and he let me know when a vehicle matching my request was found and rerouted to the dealership. He made an exceptional quote on the price and I decided to go ahead and place a deposit to have the vehicle held for me. I arranged my financing prior to delivery so that when the vehicle arrived all I had to do was go in, sign the necessary documents, take delivery of the vehicle and get a demonstration. I highly recommend this dealership to any one seeking a new Lexus vehicle. My sincerest thanks to the team for my wonderful experience.

Bad Car, Bad dealer experience

Purchased a Lexus IS-350 thinking I had finally ready to experience the 'great lexus'. Having owned acura, audi, infiniti, and others I couldn't wait. Now I wish I had never heard of Lexus. It drives like a wounded Elephant, scheduled for repair within 5 days of purchase. The dealer response was to invite me to 'work a deal' to buy back my previous car (trade-in). I wouldn't recommend this dealer or Lexus to my worst enemy.
